first let me say, separate vacuums and mops are the only way to clean your home. these all in ones that are now showing up on the market are garbage. you cant have a mop going over your carpet, that's a disaster waiting to happen. now to the irobot m6. i have a couple of these operating in my home and they have been trouble free for 2 years. if i would make one improvement it would be to have a mopping brush on both sides of the wheels so you completely do away with tread marks.

Unable to Get Robot to clean after one use!

I charged the unit and used it once and now it will not charge or connect to my phone app to clean my floors. I have followed all of the instructions to attempt to reboot the unit, checked the cord and outlet connections, and checked the battery was correctly installed. I am still unable to get the robot to connect, charge and clean my floors. I will be returning the unit!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lost all the time

The product is constantly lost. It goes in circles and circles and it gets "stuck" in the middle of the floor with no obstacles. I've tried resetting it and everything and it's been more of a hassle than useful

I like it alot but could be better

I am happy with the job it does. One complaint is that it could be smarter. I have a roborock vacuum which is smarter due to more sensors. Also I wish I could use the bravva jet m6 in the dark, like the roborock, but can not. I do recommend bravaa jet m6 as it's still a great dedicated robot mop.

It can do a decent job WHEN it works, but 9 times out of 10 it's too feeble to move itself off the base unless you're standing next to it and can give it a push to get started. Customer service did reach out to me and sent me new tires to help with the traction, but after two goes it went back to not being able to move itself again. For the money, they really need to come up with a robot that is capable of moving by itself. I mean, that's kind of the definition of a robot.

I LOVE my Braava mop!!!

I rarely ever leave reviews for products but for this product I must. My Braava jet mop (my kid named it Quandale Dingle) has completely replaced my need to pus around a sopping wet sponge mop on my hardwood floors. In a four-person household where two of us are 9 year old twins, you can bet our floors get dirty and fast. Quandale runs every day to keep on top of our messes. I no longer have dirty spots on my floor that would make me grumble and mutter under my breath. Quandale's operation is wonderfully quiet. I cannot say enough good things about my mop!
