Won't recommend this to my worst enemy!

Don't you ever consider buying one. The amount of errors is abnormal. It's unbearable. This robot struggles with everything. Sometimes it cannot even get itself out of it's station. Usually it cannot go to the assigned destination, goes through the no-go zones specified in the app. It cannot see in the dark. It cannot climb the smallest door threshold. Whatever you do, don't make the same mistake I made in 2019. I'm writing this review after almost 3 years using it. So I have given it more than a reasonable chance to prove that's it's worth buying.

From a Dumb Mop to a Smart Mop.

I started out with one of the first generations or two of this brilliant invention. It was so dumb it barely kept up in the small area the 'Cube" would allow to mop at. For those not familiar with the old version/s, you needed a small cube to mop an area based on the bluetooth signal where it was mopping if I recall correctly. BUT, WOW! Such a huge improvement and upgrade to have this unit at home. It intelligently works and worth having this unit as part of your robot cleaning crew. Worth the money, worth the effort, worth the time it saves and most importantly worth the money. On my first run, it mopped for almost two hours. How would you like to have your floors clean for that long? Buy it!

Carpet Issue

I want to love this. I really don't. It does 1/3 of our first floor. All because there is a large area rug it can't go around in the center of the living room and on either side, there are couches. So the carpet avoidance in this case isn't helpful. It makes it obsolete in any other area of the house. It would be nice if it had wheels to get up over things and unstuck like the j7 and was smarter. This thing is dumb compared to the j7. I'm considering returning.

Robot keeps trying to mop my rugs, unusable

No matter what I do I find the robot on my rugs trying to mop and leaving wet areas on my rugs. I am not pleased and cannot use it

I get errors code 7 wheel assemblies, would purchase wheel assemblies if avaible. Only option is trade for new, trade in is only $75.00 cost me $274.00 for wheels, To much Need to look at different brand

Water Error is Known But Not Fixed

The mop worked 3 times but failed after experiencing a well known design flaw involving the water tank sensor. For whatever reason, the water tank sensor and water tank stop communicating and causes the "mop" to stop working. The Internet reveals the flaw is well known but there is no fix for it.

It's suppose to wash the floor.. if you want to mess with the cleaner bottle every single time you use it. Constantly gets stuck and does not do a good job! Wasted my money on this!
