Top notch cleaning and navigation as well as low maintenance

After owning the Braava Jet 240 for many years, I wanted something that could navigate more accurately and clean larger areas better. The M6 exceeded my expectations and then some. Maintenance is identical to the 240 - just fill the tank and wash the cleaning pad as needed. And although it's straight backward /forward cleaning motion seems a bit tedious, it definitely does a more thorough cleaning job on my 30 year plus vinyl floors than the 240. Navigation is excellent too thanks to the built-in camera and the feature that lets me set it to automatically start cleaning after my i3 finishes vacuuming just sweetens the deal. My only complaint are the tires which, after a short amount of time, form uniform cracks which apparently can eventually keep the M6 from docking properly ( haven't personally experienced this yet). When my tires formed cracks, Irobot was kind enough to send me a replacement pair. But I strongly feel irobot needs to either sell replacement tires directly or solve the rubber deterioration problem - the rest of the robot is too good for them not to address this design flaw.

Buyer BEWARE!! The mop is not made to last and their customer service is worse!!! We have had to have our $500 unit replaced several times and always ends up failing. I never asked for anything for free, never asked for our money back, simply want what I paid for to work. Spent hours on the phone troubleshooting with multiple representatives/managers, was hung up on multiple times, undermined and untimely resulting in being told there is nothing that can be done and we need to purchase another unit. Save your money!! Hopefully this review will stop the next person from purchasing!!

This mop is great! We mapped our house into two areas. The new pads streak some but after they're washed, it seems fine. What I like best is that it goes under furniture and mops under our bed!

I just love love my iRobot mop it's cute, efficient, and smart. Mopping is my least favorite job and now I don't have to do it anymore!!! I was given my iRobot vacuum as a gift from my Children. Which I can't live without so I decided to treat myself to the iRobot mop. It was so worth it. I purchased the reusable pads which was a great savings. I use my smart phone to program both, and I love when they talk to me if they have a problem! I am 71 years old and enjoying all my new technological robots!!! I run my Bravva jet once a week, right after I run my Roomba. It does a very good job getting to all sorts of tight spots because of its size. Plus, it doesn't take but a couple of minutes to get it ready to run.

I purchased a i7 brava m6 bundle a couple years back. They worked amazing when we first got them, really up until about 6 months ago. Then all of a sudden our brava m6 mop stopped working. It wouldn't charge anymore. I contacted customer service and they said it's out of warranty and they couldn't help. After arguing with them about the longevity of the robots only lasting a couple years they caved and sent me a power cord, obviously not the problem, but I guess customer service could say they tried. I also purchased an extra battery at CS's recommendation. Still didn't work. I've tried contacting CS again through email but can't get a response. Maybe I'm old fashioned but if I pay a good amount of money for an item, I expect it to last more than 2 years, warranty or not. And if it doesn't, I expect the manufacturer to take responsibility for a defective item.

Wheel issue after 11 months and no replacement available

I bought the Braava M6 in November of 2021 and now, October 2022, the wheel stopped functioning mid-job and I cannot find a replacement on the website. I did all troubleshooting, tried calling and was on how for 20 minutes before being disconnected, and am hoping to get a response to the message I sent. It is still under warranty so I an hoping they will help. I use it once or twice a week for my kitchen, a hallway, foyer, small powder room, and mudroom and I always sweep first so it isn't being overworked. I use the bona cleaner as suggested and sold on the site. When it works, I really like it!!
