When I saw the promo video that with LOCKLY, I was left to believe that I would get the best of having a smart lock, and a smart doorbell combined in one!
It’s both, not it does need one feature that it makes a huge difference. The motion sensor... that feature would alert me even BEFORE right the bell.
People who come to my house are also still having a hard time using the doorbell button the the LOCKLY! The old doorbell button keeps been used even though we placed the sign provided by you. So, when they Rigby the old doorbell, I know that someone is at the door, however, because there’s no motion sensor on the LOCKLY, I can’t see who’s there... defeating the purpose of the device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As far as a smart lock it is outstanding all the smart lock features are really neat work really well however the camera I am very disappointed in I could’ve saved over $100 by just getting a Lockley smart lock instead of the vision smart lock the camera only record video if somebody rings the doorbell not if somebody walks in front of the door so if somebody just knocks on your door you still don’t know who it is but as just a smart lock it is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lock is a Beast! This lock replace my only security lock with touch pad. This lock was pretty easy to install it took about 45 minutes. I love the features it has with the App for your phone and it has a doorbell ringer and a camera. On the app you get notifications to see who’s at the door and you can unlock and lock from your phone. You also can Have Alexa lock and unlock the door too. I like the digital touch pad only thing about it is you have to tap pretty hard to turn on . The best features on this lock is the Fingerprint scan and the Auto lock sensor!! If you forget to lock the door. The sensor has a timer and will lock itself and you can change the timer on the app. This lock is by far the best and I am super happy with it!.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great smart lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been overall happy with this smart lock since receiving it. The lock was very easy to install while following the instructions. The app also works very well and was easy to setup. The delay to the app is very short also for notifications. There were a few reasons for not giving 5 stars though. One is the included power cable and network cable are short. Due to this I had to run an additional extension cord to reach an outlet. The other reason is that having the lock changed can void the warranty. I do not want to carry an extra key to use just in case my power or network are out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great multifunctional door lock and bell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A+ on packaging to start. It was truly a beautiful box to open. The fact that they give an option to install with a step by step guide via an app was an interesting addition. I liked it, but the scanned product was a different variation of the product I used, so I stuck with the printed instructions, which were very easy to follow.
The install was easier than anticipated and connecting the lock was also easy. My favorite part about this lock is that the numbers displayed are randomized, so this is significantly more secure than other doorbells with keypad that I've had in the past. The video is a nice addition but the angle and the quality of image is a little low for my liking. The app management is easy, as is remote management.
Overall, I really liked the lock, highly recommend it.

Solid doorbell-lock-video combination

- First its a replacement lock - so if you don't have a deadbolt - this works since its all in one.
- Second It has a camera built right in - the angle is a touch odd but its because it is aimed at getting a picture of the person and not the surrounding area
- Third - various ways to unlock the lock - you have the touchpad which generates a different pattern each time for your number, you have your fingerprint which works well, you can unlock via the app and finally you can use a old fashion key
- Fourth - has guest passes that work without a person downloading the full app which is nice for visitors
- Fifth -Has a sensor to tell you if the door is open and if the lock is jammed

Overall this lock is great. The install is one of the best I've seen - they use another app called Bilt which has SUPER detailed steps and videos on how to get it installed. It was great. Only one step was a touch off but was easy to figure out. The app is nice as well and has a number of updates so far.
Cons - only a few
- The auto lock is solely based on time since open - there is no option to say lock the door at 9pm - seems like a missed opp
- fingerprint scanning is a bit finicky - takes a few tries to nail it
- batteries - due to the video ability it takes 8 AA batteries to run this - EIGHT
- batteries - requires a screwdriver to get the batteries out
- cost - it is pricey BUT it does so much - its a doorbell, auto lock and video camera - so like 2 in one

This is an Excellent product, had it installed within an hour, simple setup and use. Wifi Hub was included which made everything work great.
Have been using the Vision for about a month and it is excellent, closes and autolocks, notifications, speaker and door cam works well.

I give it 4 stars as it is still not yet well integrated with google hub, i wish to see the door cam through google hub but this is still not available. Only able to open and lock door through google.
Other than that i highly recommend the product.
