Good and easy to install smart lock!

It's easy to install and easy to set up. Useful for package deliveries. We've had it for 3 months now. Had a little glitch in the first month and lockly support team was so helpful with the technical problem. The only downside is the evening video. It's grainy. But we have a 2K security camera for that. This is great as a smart lock and day time video feed. We are happy with it. Especially the fingerprint feature is very convenient.
The notification when someone is ringing the doorbell needs to be much louder. The fact when I have let someone in remotely and I have to constantly extend the video to give them instructions and they can hardly hear me. And then after extending 3 times it automatically turns video off and my app freezes. The list goes on.

Best smart lock and doorbell in market. Love it

Moved to my new condo last month, wanted a smart lock and I am very happy to choose the Lockly brand for my smart lock. Lockly Vision also features a doorbell camera, which makes the whole deal worth it. I must say, I am very impressed with the quality of this model and love its curvy design. Installed this lock in less than an hour and all the install instructions are very clear.
Lacks auto recording when someone press the button. Lacks motion detection and auto recording.
App is slow, by the time someone rings the doorbell and I open the live view, the person is usually already gone.
I really wanted this to replace a Nest or other doorbells, but it's not there yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As a Realtor of 25+ years, I've opened over 15,000 front doors. I installed the Lockly Vision in my own home and LOVE IT! Best lock I've ever had. So easy to use the fingerprint and it makes me feel better than I can check if the door is closed and/or locked from my phone anywhere in the world. It gives a great level of comfort. Their tech support is very good. I needed them on a few occasions including the last time I changed the batteries. It's also nice that my kids, 9 and 11, can get into the home and none of us carries a key. Super easy to lock by just touching the front. I've recommended this lock to lots of people and they thank me. It's something you'll use every day and 100% worth the money relative to an inferior system. Get one. Your future self will thank you every single time you come home or leave.
