Excellent product combined with amazing support!

After moving into my new property with the previously installed device I'll admit that I was skeptical to keep it. After speaking to the carefully and calculated troubleshooting experience with the rep named "Rica", she made me feel like they actually cared enough in order to get me on board the LOCKLY Family. The patience and well being of Rica's character states a lot and I thank you so much!

I've actually had this lock for well over 2 years. Plenty of time to see its most impressive features! It's a great, secure lock that has yet to fail us.

Amazing Smart Lock

I purchased this lock so that my children could gain entry to our home without their keys. Especially my kiddos who are not driving and typically don't carry keys with them. The fingerprint entry has been an ease for them. I can also give remote access to my cleaning person and that has been incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend this lock.
