Great lock and camera

I have had this for almost 2 years and the lock and camera work great. We use it in our vacation home and the space is also a vacation rental. I can open the door from 2000 km away and see and talk to people at the door. We use energizer lithium AA batteries and they really last a long time. Lithium is the way to go. We coat the lock exterior with a light oil to prevent corrosion as we are in a seaside location with salt in the air. Happy with us smart video lock. We us fingerprint access for extended family!

- despite of being close to the modem, door bell video notification when doorbell rings are little delayed.
- the back cover keeps coming off, maybe the designer expected too much precision from plastic

Great Additional Security to our home, this is the 2nd Locky we have had on our front door and my wife loves the new view that the Cam gives her top to bottom, it was easy to install I did it myself, setup was a breeze. We love that the Cam stores video and I can pull the video off the disk to my computer if needed. and most of all,, once installed no additional charges.

I bought this lock 3 weeks ago because my other lock just stopped working. My front door was left unsecure. However, I changed to locky and fell so safe. As soon as you close the door walk out the lock engages. I love it so much I’m gonna add one to the master bedroom.
