worth the money invested

I have had this for a few months now and I am very happy. it has some fantastic features like auto lock and link with Alexa. I also like that I can unlock and lock it from anywhere, it even alerts me when someone else opens it. All in all, everything that it does makes it worth the higher price.

It’s great! Love it, our kids have their finger prints on it so they can get in the house. Love the camera to see who it is and let family in, even if weren’t not home. Auto lock feature is great. I wish it had a rechargeable battery though but otherwise it’s great!

Automated Smart Lock - Modern Keyless Entry

I’m a consumer with my own personal opinion/review (having saving for) I Purchased the Smart Vision Lock two years ago. Absolutely overall Love this Lock. I initially got the lock because it not only allow finger imaging as an operating option but also comes with keys & pin operating options. The actual door lock operates very smoothly when using finger print of my 6 family members. Don’t have to keep trying to use finger print as it recognizes the image at first attempt each time. It opens & locks timely. Just have to watch out for leaving lock in locked position while door is open as this causes sounds letting you know the door is jammed - this drains the operating batteries which should last longer.(like bringing in groceries or halfway closing the door while timer is in action) (I forget to enter app & temp set delayed timing) There is a trick to battery replacement so not to restart all finger imaging or resetting notification log. Love the list of open/close iwho when in/out log with assigned family members - only downside must refresh each time logging into the app & takes a bit long to refresh but once it does it refreshes nicely to current date & time. The onboard camera however needs much improvement. I’m looking at purchasing the most recent version (for main door & place existing one to 2nd entry door) which I believe the current version has improved camera & date/time log refresh capabilities. I believe this lock is great for business ab&b doors but works great for main residential door locks as well. (Not sure why most USA made smart locks does not give the option of finger print operation? Certainly must be possible fraud or something but these are made to extensively minimize fraud/tampering. Finger image & lock key locations are inconspicuous for safety - which is great. Only wish is that the PIN number option would light up when placing finger to open so to give night time ambient lighting while touching the lock. Like the two way speaker system but needs a little more clarity & app takes too long to open once someone rings the door bell. But absolutely love this lock - overall. Oh - my lock signal is connected to a signal connector that’s directly connected to my modem/router. Get modern/router internet connection that works well with the locks’ signal. I have my modem/router upstairs & it’s a 1k with a reliable/reputable internet company but even a 300 worked well as well. A bit expensive but we’ll worth it saving up for purchase. Looking forward to the current futuristic improvement & new version/options.

Great Deadbolt Lock for my Home!

Love that I don't need to use traditional keys. The installation and final setup process was super easy. Setting up E-keys and fingerprints was super fun. I would recommend to anyone looking for a smart lock!

Best Lock Ever!!!

I bought this lock over two years ago and initially I kept being hesitant about buying it because of the price I researched it over and over again and the reviews were underwhelming so I didn’t run out to buy it right away but it did seem to have all the features I needed. I have four kids and I really wanted the biometric code for each child so I can know what time each child got home for peace of mind. Eventually, I said the heck with it and pulled the trigger on this purchase. I was worried about set up but they have an app that shows you everything step-by-step how to install it yourself. I didn’t believe how easy it was to install. I’m not that handy or tech savvy. It uses the Built app if you have any experience with it it’s a great app for installation. I had an odd problem with my lock and researched it to find out no one else really had that problem so I ended up calling customer service which I’m not a fan of. They tried repeatedly to get it fixed over the phone with tech-support and I’m not gonna lie after the third time that we couldn’t get it fixed I thought it was going to come to the part that they say you’re on your own. To my surprise, they ended up replacing the entire lock. It got there pretty fast and as soon as I said it up the problem was resolved. My only regret about this lock is that I did not get it sooner and I wasted at least a year I was just hesitating to spend a couple hundred bucks on the lock but it has been so worth it!!! Although I did buy this from a chain store I advise people to just buy it on their site. It would save a lot of headaches since I could not find my receipt and forgot to register the lock. I would also advise to get good rechargeable batteries with big MaH number and get into the habit of when you come home lock the door by hand as that will almost double your battery life 😉
