Best lock ever

Honestly the best lock ever use my finger print every day to get in and love the fact the it locks itself too especially if you're in a hurry and forget to lock it I set mine to like 15 seconds so the second the door closes it usually already locks its self

Very discouraged on their HomeKit promise

I purchased two locks when Lockly was a newer company. They advertised HomeKit connectivity 'coming soon'. Prior to purchasing, I was led to believe it would be within the year. Well, that promise has been years and they still state on their FAQs that Homekit compatibility is coming. I have contact them many times and they always say, 'it is coming' so, IMO this is vaporware. So, though I very much appreciate the locks, their integrity is lacking in this regard. They are currently stating Matter support will be coming soon. I will believe it when I see it. I recently moved to a new home and left the Lockly locks at the old house. I would like to purchase the Lockly locks for my new home, but will be holding off until they actually support Matter/Homekit. If a better option comes along from another company, I will bypass Lockly. In my opinion, these locks currently surpass the other locks out there in features and use, but with the lack of progress on their promises to add HomeKit support, I will abstain from purchasing from them unless they deliver on their promises.

Good lock, getting it to work MAY TAKE A LONG TIME

I finally got it working 2 months after I had purchased it...Many, many long hours on the phone with the support team, had to replace the hub and multiple requests to the engineering team. With a lot of patience, you may get there...

I bought this 3 months ago and I am very happy what it does. Easily setup code for Airbnb guest and with video door bell. It’s not cheap but totally worthy

I have installed the captioned lock for more than a month, and it is very easy and convenient to use, convenient trouble free for locking and opening the door. Also, the Wi-Fi and camera functions facilitating me real time monitoring the door outside more secuitly.

I bought this LOCKLY Vision for my home through recommendation of a friend. I must say I am so glad I did. It is amazing in every way. Easy to operate, locks securely with the sensors within your set timer and it is stylish looking. I love the incorporated camera with this lock. Thank you for designing a great product.
