This lock works perfectly and better than we imagined! I never have to take my keys out of my bag and when I go out I never need the house keys with me. We feel so much more at ease with this lock. I never have to lock it myself and it’s such a convenience. Definitely the best choice we could’ve made!

I was blown away at the quality and accuracy of this product. The experience from start to finish was top notch - the product and install is super simple.
Only issue I have is the touch screen is either really delayed or something is wrong with it. It was such a great user journey though I don’t even notice :)

We are thrilled with our new smart lock from Lockly. Very easy to install and set-up. We were in the middle of a major renovation and there were a lot of contractors and deliveries coming to the house. It was so easy to monitor when they were coming and let them in even when we were not home. We also like the ease of checking if we locked up the house no matter where we are.

What a great product! Easy to install. Works like a charm. You have to take the time to learn all of the different options (I'm still trying to figure out how to get the fingerprint one to work), but it meets our needs for sure.

Sol was fantastic tech support. She was prompt call me time I requested and within 15 min she solve all issues I had. I highly recommended all LOCKLY products.
Products also very reliable close my door within 30 seconds door is locked. Open with groceries no problems just need one fingerprint and one finger door open.
