Loxk was easy to install but had a problem with setting up to smart phone so I had to call customer support & Sol helped me out for the entire setup and even call me back when the call dropped. Please give her a Bonu$ Awesome service

I am super excited about my new lock. I called on 8/12/21 to get assistance to add finger prints because I was clueless about what I was doing. I was connected to Logan Orbina and he was such a gentlemen. He assisted me with such poise and confidence in helping me resolve my issue. Mr Orbina was so knowledgeable about the product that he made it seems so easy. After completion I couldn’t help but asked whether or not he was a manager but he replied that he wasn’t. I strongly suggest that Mr Orbina receive a promotion and some other incentive for doing such as awesome job assisting me. Please inform Mr Orbina of my gratefulness for his support and friendliness. You have an amazing worker and you should appreciate and value him foe the great job that he does.!

I bought this lock earlier this year for my home and I don’t regret it one bit. Prior to moving into my home, I had the contractor and his team members working on the house. Having this lock made it easy to provide the contractor with an access code for a specific time frame and after that time frame would expire they were no longer have access. I can also send access codes to family members or friends to get into the home whenever I’m not around. The fingerprint, rotating numbers, and camera features are awesome. Safety is worth $399

Was relatively easy to install and works without issue. Camera is a little slow to respond at times, but not reliant on that feature. Really like the fingerprint scan option. Great design.
