I bought this lock last month and so far it has been working as expected. The Vision Smart Lock is solidly built and the quality is excellent. The product was delivered in secure packaging and all components were properly identified. Although I had a professional locksmith install the product, we followed the video installation procedure step by step. The
installation was completed within an hour with only minor adjustments. The hub installation and pairing were seamless. It was the first time that I never had a pairing problem. What's great about the product is there's no subscription fees for the captured video. There is a flaw on the lock. If you have a left door opening swing, you can't use the fingerprint reader on the right side of the lock went the door is closed. This happened in my configuration because of the tight space between the lock [right side] and door jam. Perhaps the
fingerprint reader could be engineered for both sides.

Easy installation and Setup!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lockly Vision is a great addition to my home, I can see who is coming and going, who left the door open, and who is at the door. After programming the house members finger prints forgotten keys are a thing of the past, if you are renting a spare room users are added or removed very simply. You can provide them with a PIN code to enter if you prefer that to using fingerprints. Have an important delivery coming that you don't want left in public you could remotely unlock the door for the delivery driver to set your parcel in the home. The possibilities are endless, and I believe a must have addition for anyone who deals with roommates or a setting where you need to monitor access to the room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disclaimer: I am not a locksmith or a handyman. I did have to adjust the hole spacing for the lock on my old, solid wooden door. It took me around two hours for installation. Once installed it worked with no issues. The peace of mind this brings is PRICELESS!! With contractors, kids and family coming in and out, it's easy to keep track of and provide one time codes for our house. I am much happier with the camera feed quality compared to another brand of doorbell. I am still trying to get used to the keypad that moves, but it's a nice security feature. A lot of thought and technology was put into this lock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this new video doorbell for about a week now and I absolutely love this! I used the easy step-by-step interactive 3D app to help install this as I was a little concerned with all the parts to install this. It was very easy with the app and all the other start guides/manuals that came with this product. I had it up and running within a few hours without any issues. This is a high quality product as it’s built to last. I tested out all the features but I love the finger key and the 2 way audio. The 2 way audio is fantastic as I don’t have to answer the door for telemarketers! The mobile app is very easy to use too as you can unlock, lock, and check your door status anytime. This is great for contractors working on the house or family that is visiting. No more leaving a key under a rock!! I hooked it up easily with Alexa as that was very easy too. Overall I’m so happy with this product. Great product!!

perfect for security

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the functions of this device, I am able to see who is at my door and even unlock it for them if needed, I like that anytime the key hole is exposed that the camera automatically starts recording. The videos are clear . The lock works great. The app for it could use some updates and the installation was a little confusing but once you get going it becomes a little clearer. I am very happy with this product and would definitely recommend it.

I am absolutely amazed by the features of this lock. Even though when I bought it I knew what it looked like, when I finished installed it, I was still surprised how good it actually looks. The app is very easy to use. I like the fingerprint and guest password, which are so convenient.
I also have to mention that I have got a lot of help from Ron, the customer support with Lockly. I was stuck on both the lock installation and wifi setup. Ron guided me through each step and gave me a lot of instruction on how to use it after it was done. I would say I couldn't have made it for the whole setup without him. I really appreciate it! I would recommend it to anyone who needs a smart lock because of the professionalism and personality that Ron has in addition to its amazing features.

I had the most patient and knowledgeable AND responsible rep Ron help me out with an issue I had since my lock was missing it’s sensor. So far the lock is working fine especially with the sensor activated. Seems the manual lever trips up every once in a while. Perhaps it’s something to keep an eye on. It has too much play to be a new lock. It’s gotten stuck a few times when used manually and the inside is centered... so not sure why.
I have not used the lock for guests yet but so far I love the fingerprint and video and sound features. Thank you for creating such lock. Hopefully the issuance of codes will run smoothly.

We bought this lock in black to add to our 8ft black steel door. It looks great! The best features in my opinion are the video option and the multiple codes. We are doing a remodel on our house at the moment and it’s nice to set different codes for different contractors and to be able to get on the app and see what’s going on outside. I like that it is has a door bell as well and we don’t have to install that separately. Also, the fingerprint access is very helpful for our younger son who has a hard time remembering the long lock code we have set. If you’ve been on the fence about purchasing this LOCKLY product I suggest that you just go ahead and get it!
