I bought this about a month ago and love it. It’s only issue is it won’t read a child’s fingerprint and it doesn’t recognize to notify or record when someone is at the door only when someone touches the lock or rings the doorbell. Other than that it’s great and the fingerprint function is awesome!
The Lockly was easy to install and set up on my wifi with the included hub and works exactly as expected. The video installation info was spot on and great tool.
Our both locks that we installed have a terrible finger print reader. We stored our finger prints but it fails to recognize. This is a bad feature despite your claim that you can store upto 100.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the lock less than 30 days ago, it was working great until my push notifications stop working. I tried everything and called and emailed lockly. This is when I meet Leathia, She is an amazing rep for your company,She called me emailed me just made me feel like it was her personal goal was to make me happy and it work. glad to say its working again. I bought this about a month ago because I was looking for a keyless entry option with a doorbell. The install was a little tricky since we have hurricane doors with a 3 point locking system. There is a slight delay connecting to the door with wifi, but this is a wifi issue and not a Lockly connecting issue. So far we love the lock. It's nice to leave the house to walk, bike, or kayak and not bring keys you fear might be lost on your adventure.
