Have ran on my work pistol for a while now, clear dot and solid built housing. Has taken wear and tear and keeps running.

I ordered this product to put on my pistol. The only issue I ran into was finding a plate that would work for the mounting system. Once i found a plate that would work the sight has performed well. The screw to tighten the sight to rail is a weak point. You will need to be careful to not over tighten the screw, or it will shear. I was referred to this sight by a friend that knows more about these new red dot sights. This is my first red dot sight for a pistol. It has taken a bit to get used to, but I do like that the sight is enclosed. I have seen a few open red dot sights that have gotten pretty dirty when being shot on a course that requires some ground contact. This site does not seem to have that issue as bad. Overall, this sight has performed well. The only issue you may find is a plate that can mount the sight.

Fantastic Pistol Dot

Purchased at the recommendation of a colleague who has switched over from the Acro and RMR to the MPS on all of his pistols. The glass quality is fantastic, top loaded battery is great, and the dials are extremely tactile. I put this on my Staccato C2 and beat the hell out of it 3 weekends in a row and it didn’t budge. Only thing I didn’t like was the auto shutoff after 13(?) hours, but you can turn this feature off so the dot stays on at all times. I will likely continue to use the MPS and soon the MPS-C on all my guns.

Great shotgun optic

No nonsense red dot. Extremely durable and holds zero mounted on a 12 gauge. No complaints at all for quality or durability, and it looks great. Plenty of brightness settings for low light shooting as well. Mounted on a Beretta 1301 with a Reptilian mount. Would recommend and may be putting on other firearms in the future.

While attending a GLOCK MOS Operator Course, the instructor brought along an additional GLOCK 45 equipped with his personal Steiner MPS. He let me handle it and even offered to let me run it for the entire two‑day course.
I’ve shot plenty of pistol optics over the years, but the MPS immediately stood out. Being a fully enclosed emitter, holding zero without a hiccup, and surviving nonstop shooting in 90‑plus‑degree North Carolina heat and humidity, it made an impression fast. By the end of day two, I was sold.
I bought an MPS a few days later. After more than 8,000 rounds in the first year, it’s still rock‑solid and running strong. Steiner absolutely delivered with this optic.

Great duty optic

Was looking at purchasing a RDS for duty use and ended up with the MPS for the price point. Works great, have had thousands of rounds with it and have had no issues. Better sight picture than an acro and has good quality glass.
