Solid choice for a red dot. I have run this setup for several years with no issues. The 8 levels of brightness can be adjusted quickly. The battery life is quite long with the help of auto shut-off. Lightweight so it is not a noticeable addition. The closed emitter has stood up to all weather conditions. There are cheaper options out there, but this is a good choice for the price point. It will fit most optic-ready pistols.

Great pistol optic. Fits on the ACRO footprint (with a small gap, but still secure). Large window, good glass clarity, and a very crisp dot. Highly recommend.

You Get What You Pay For!

I was in a handgun class yesterday and it failed after one series. I doubt I have 1500 rounds through my gun since installing the Steiner MPS. It is mounted on a G31 .357 Sig.
I changed the battery and nothing. I’ll be buying an ACRO P-2 this week.
I’m concerned considering I installed one of these on my Beretta A300 Patrol shotgun.
Anyway, you live and learn.

It’s a very nice sight but battery life could be better. Alot bigger than an rmr for sure but sits well on my Staccato CS. I would like to try one on my M&P 10mm. I will likely purchase another soon.

The MPS hands down is one of the best built optics you can buy. I have a few Holosuns 509Ts. Comparing the MPS to the Holosun I notice that the MPS window size is large and the glass is extremely crisp.
The MPS is a duty level optic, over built to take on any type of recoil and stress. Buy with confidence.
