Hi Unhappy_customer1, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must be. After reviewing your device, we found that it has physical damage to the external screen. Unfortunately, physical damage is not covered under the standard warranty, which is why it cannot be repaired at no cost. You do have the option to have the device repaired for a fee, and you can find more information on available repair options here: https://en-us.support.motorola.com/app/repair-faqs/category/how-submit-repair. We understand this is disappointing, and we appreciate your feedback. We’re constantly working to improve the quality of our products and services, and hearing your concerns helps us do better. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Cool folding screen, let down by poor connectivity

I've had the phone for 2 months now, and am generally disappointed with my purchase.
PROS: - Great camera (my baby loves seeing a preview of himself on the front screen) - Clear display - Smooth animations when navigating menus
CONS: - Worse connectivity than my prior phone, a Pixel 6a. I experience Wifi dead zones in my home with the razr that didn't previously exist (no change to router setup, etc.). Phone also struggles to switch between Wifi and 4G/5G data service. - Quick Settings tiles are buggy (Wifi tile shows the wrong network name, Extra Dim tile doesn't toggle properly). - Extra-long screen when flipped open is not ergonomic.
TLDR: The flip feature is nifty, but comes with its own set of inconveniences, and the Wifi connectivity issues are a significant pain point. Generally would not recommend, and would purchase something else if I could do it again (even when the device is on sale).

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback, BCM39. We're glad to hear you’re enjoying the camera and display, but we’re sorry to learn about your experience with connectivity and performance. We’d like to take a closer look at the Wi-Fi and mobile data concerns you mentioned. We have sent you an email. Please reply to it for further assistance.
Please don't make the same mistake I did with going the RAZR route. The screens are extremely fragile. I got the RAZR for 2 people in my family and my is completely broken and the other is having screen problems Like flickering and peeling. The first month I contacted Support.bevause there was small peeling. I was told that wasn't replaceable through the warranty. I just got use to seeing the spots on my screen until it failed completely. That was a week after my warranty expired. Life long Motorola customer with the exception one phone. This will be my last.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Joew2323. We’re sorry to hear about the screen concerns and the difficulties you’ve experienced with your RAZR devices. We understand how frustrating this must be, especially as a longtime Motorola customer. While warranty coverage has specific terms, we would like the opportunity to look into your situation further and explore possible options. Please check the email we’ve sent so we can discuss this in more detail. Your feedback is important and will be shared with our teams for consideration.
I wish it had expandable memory. I read there isn't enough room for it yet when you remove the card holder from the slot, it's the same size as the other Moto card holders.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about the Moto Razr 2024. We understand that expandable memory is an important feature for many users. The Razr 2024 does not support microSD expansion, so the internal storage is fixed. We appreciate your observation regarding the card holder size, and we’ll make sure your comments are passed along to our product team for future consideration. If you ever need help, give us a holler or reach out to our official Moto Razr community page: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/motorola-razr-50-motorola-razr-2024/bd-p/razr_50_razr_2024_en.
I bought this phone ~6 months ago & I've had to have the screen repaired 3 times now. Each time, costing me money to avoid being without a phone for a week or more. The screen is just the lowest quality I've EVER experienced. Extremely disappointed

Hi TriGirl, thanks for sharing your experience, and we’re really sorry to hear about the repeated screen issues. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient that must be. We’ve reviewed your case and recommend continuing to work with our warranty team for further assistance. They’re best equipped to help resolve this and ensure you get the support you need.
Love the camera and photo editor, but the WIFI on my RAZR 2024 stinks. I sit less than 20 feet from our router and it will try endlessly to open apps. The instant I turn off the WIFI the app will open. I've tried all of the suggested "fixes" with no improvement. My RAZR is the only device in the house with issues. My wife actually has an old Galaxy S8 which has zero issues. We are not heavy (gaming, etc.) users. This is my first, and will be my last MOTO phone.

Hi wootler, Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re really sorry to hear about your Wi-Fi issues, especially when the rest of your experience with the camera and photo editor has been positive. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to deal with connectivity problems, particularly when other devices in your home network are working without issue. While you mentioned trying all the suggested fixes, we’d still like to help if you're open to it. We have sent you an email. We'll be waiting for your response.
I've had my phone for about 6 months now. I love it. The nostalgia is awesome of having a flip phone again. I haven't had one single real problem with it. I did see some reviews before I bought mine about how some people had an issue with the pre-installed screen protector bubbling in the middle where it folds. I found a review from a lady that said she'd had hers for about a year and she'd never had that problem. She did specify that she charges it in the open position so that the screen's not closed while it's heating up. I've done that since day one and I haven't had a problem with my screen at all.

Hi Nikki4sure, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us — we truly appreciate it! It’s great to hear that your Razr has been performing well and bringing back that classic flip-phone nostalgia! We're especially glad that you've had no issues with the screen after six months of use. Charging your phone in the open position is a thoughtful approach, and we're glad to hear it’s worked well for you — that’s excellent insight for other users as well.
