Remote buttons are not placed in a user friendly position. When picking up the remove, one always picks it up with the logo on top (upside down) This is due to the feel of the remote and it's shape. Unfortunately, when searching for a different Samsun remote for my TV model, Samsung does not offer any.

Love this remote!

Worst Clicker on the Planet!

This Remote is HORRIBLE!!!
Not only do you not see any buttons unless you turn on a light! You can’t feel which buttons are what! They’re FLAT NOT RAISED & most clickers now you can speak into! This clicker is HORRIBLE!
