Remote needs improvement

They made the remote symmetrical , so that every time you pick it up in the dark , you hit the wrong button. It is absolutely a frustrating remote.You can't disable you can't change anything on it.

It’s impressively compact, which makes it comfortable to hold and easy to use one-handed—no finger gymnastics required. The slim design keeps it from hogging space on the coffee table or disappearing into the couch abyss (mostly). Buttons are laid out clean and intuitive, so everything you need is right where your thumb expects it. Simple, sleek, and refreshingly unclunky—this remote just works.

Worst Clicker on the Planet!

This Remote is HORRIBLE!!!
Not only do you not see any buttons unless you turn on a light! You can’t feel which buttons are what! They’re FLAT NOT RAISED & most clickers now you can speak into! This clicker is HORRIBLE!
