[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reliability, Ergonomics, price, Responsiveness, ease of use, compatibility, range. It is the best remote I've ever used. My entire family has found that it is an incredible piece of tech. Even my 6 year old sister has been able to use it to turn on her cartoons by herself. I have never had any issues with the connection or controls.
