SSD works amazing and is very small and slim, perfect to travel.

Fast, portable, and reliable — perfect for storing

It’s super lightweight, slim, and easy to carry, but still feels sturdy and well-made. Transfers are quick and smooth, and I like that it works with both USB-C and USB-A so I can use it with different devices. It doesn’t get hot while in use, and I feel confident knowing my files are stored securely. Overall, it’s fast, portable, and reliable — exactly what I needed in a portable drive.

Remember the password or data is lost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Luxor SL300 portable SSD holds 1 TB of data. This sleek design makes it easily portable. I think the most important part is stated in the directions to remember your password or the encrypted transfer software. If you lose or forget your password you will be unable to retrieve your data. One reason why I did not give it a full five stars. Comes with a usb-c cable. States it also comes with an adapter but mine did not have one. Supports 10 gbps. System requirements are for Max OS x 10.6 Plus, Windows 11/10/8/7, and Android 4.4 Plus. Transfers up to 1050 MB/s read and 1,000 MB/s write speeds with file encryption protection. Easy and standard to read instructions. Connect the cable from the sweet solid state drive to your computer, software is encryption pre-installed. All you have to do is follow installation program prompts. Remember the password and password prompts during installation. Other than that it's a cut and dry process for an SSD. Loads of space. If you know what you are getting then you know what you would use it for.
