Very small, fast and reliable so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this with our PS5 for storage. It works great so far. We stored a few games on it and still have plenty of space. It’s extremely fast when we uploaded games to it. It’s extremely small and basically fits in the palm of my hand. Great little hard drive!!

Great Little SSD with a Great Big Heart!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lexar SL300 USB 3.2 Gen 2 Portable SSD, 1 TB is an ideal storage tool for files. Documents, media, and backup copies are generally safer when stored on a solid state drive (SSD) rather than a traditional drive, simply for the reason that there are no moving parts to wear or break down, resulting in hard drive failure and data loss. For that reason, I tend to store important documents, photos or any files that I may not need to access frequently but are valuable or important to me. With USB 3.2 Gen 2 technology, copying or moving files of any kind are significantly faster than older USB 3.0 technology. Twice as fast in fact, with 10 Mbps transfer speeds that double the previous USB 3.0 of approximately 5 Mbps.
One of the best things about this Lexar SSD is its small size and portability. Smaller than the majority of cell phones. Close to the size of a deck of cards but only half as thick. It's a little miracle of storage technology that holds a significant amount of data.
It's so easy to use.
I unboxed my new little Lexar drive, plugged the USB cord into it and then the other end into a USB port on my PC and it immediately recognized it and opened a window that allowed me to drag and drop whatever files I chose to store on it. It is small, lightning quick and so easy! In no time, I transferred some fairly video files to this Lexar drive. When I went to play the video file, it immediately opened and played almost instantly. That's another positive when it comes to solid state technology: since you don't have to wait for moving parts to start up (as on a traditional hard drive) files and media are responsive and open instantaneously!
I highly recommend this speedy little hard drive that has a big heart, for storing lots of data conveniently and securely!

Must have light weight storage device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the most unique portable storage devices I’ve come across. The best part is its cable converter feature, allowing you to choose between a C-Type or a regular USB 3.2 type A connector. It’s very lightweight and easy to carry, exactly as described. The packaging is impressive too. What makes it even better is that it lets you encrypt your data for added security. Overall, an amazing and must-have product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the nicest and most slim SSD hard drive I have seen. It is very compact and can easily be slipped into a computer bag to take it on the go. This being a SSD, it is much faster than traditional hard drives.

Small and Fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lexar SL300 portable SSD is amazing, its super small so you can easily bring it around with you if you are traveling anywhere, i’ve been using it with my ps5 currently and the download speeds were impressive along with its 1tb storage I’m able to download more games at a fast pace!
