Stores and retrieves very fast. No lag detected what so ever. Would recommend for anyone needing a portable storage device.

Portable and easy to use

However it comes with a usb cord & my mac only has usb c ports, so if that’s you you need a usb c converter! Other than that it’s a great product & has loads of storage for work files or video games!

A good SSD drive to store videos and pictures

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Portable SSD drive comes with a c to c cable with a usb A adapter. The plastic is light but seems sturdy enough. The weight and compact size make it ideal to travel with. The drive has security software to protect files you want to be locked. I tested the write speeds and was able to download a 24.2 GB folder of videos and pictures to it in 2:02 minutes. When you try to download a folder full of spreadsheets and PDF files, it seems to think for about a minute or two and then downloads that folder in seconds. The read speeds seem to be okay. I feel like I expected it to open up files faster especially being an SSD drive. Overall, a great drive for storing videos and photos. Definitely can’t go wrong with it. The speeds at which videos get downloaded to it is amazing.
