Bad battery>Would not buy it again

I used the previous battery maybe 5 times the last 18 months. Now cannot charge anymore.
Otherwise, the leaf blower is great,...when used with the battery.

Battery disappointment

My daughter bought me the 40v weed Wacker for my birthday last summer. I'm 80 so I loved the lighter weight and long lasting charge of the battery. But this Spring I plugged in the battery and it won't charge. I really feel that I should have gotten more than 1/2 a Summer's use. My old B&D 20v weed Wacker is still going strong after 7 years of wear. Guess I'll have to use the old one even though the 40v was way more powerful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad battery

Bought this leaf blower less than 2 yrs ago. I have only used it maybe 9 times maybe 5 mins each time. Now the battery won't hold a charge. I really like the leaf blower but very disappointed that I have to buy a new battery all ready. Can be tough on a fixed income.

Bad Battery

The edger is good but the battery no longer holds charge. Bought additional battery and it no longer holds charge. Have had for only 2 years. Now can't use at all. Very disappointed and DO NOT plan to buy another expensive battery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mower useless with a battery that can hold charge

Very disappointed. I now have at least a half dozen of these batteries that no longer hold a charge. Before this, even when new and "fully" charged, only two bars would lit up, and that would switch to one bar after only minutes. Now, none of the batteries will charge at all. When I bought this mower from Black and Decker, I thought I was buying from a reliable American company. I now have my doubts. While the mower still works fine, it is useless without a battery that can hold a charge.
