Mixer beater broke off while I was using it

I have had this mixer for a little over a year.
I don't use it that often.
Today the beater broke off while I was using it.
It broke so it is still stuck in the beater hole.
I really liked this mixer.
It was light and I really don't need a big one

Broke too quickly!!

Worked fine at first, but then it siezed up and broke less than six months after I bought it! Next mixer I get will be Kitchen Aid!!

Not a fan of Helix attachments

Bought the Helix Mixer several months ago thinking this was something new and better. Am not happy with the helix beater attachments as my mashed potatoes are now always lumpy and when beating anything on high speed, there’s typically a mess. Definitely prefer the old fashioned beater attachments.

I just bought this mixer - it’s everything and more it claims to be! It is sleek, super efficient and easy to use/clean. Happily baking all my holiday favorites has been quick, easy and enjoyable. Great appliance!

Unhappy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unhappy with the fancy helix blades. They pull the batter up and make a mess on the underside of the mixer. They also push batter up the sides of the bowl so must stop often to scrape/push it back down. Are there metal blades available?

Terrible helix blades

Just purchased to replace my old mixer. The helix design is awful, the bstter crawls uo the blades to the bottom of the mixer. I will be returning it for refund unless metal blades are available to replace helix blades.
