worked for a week! Hasn't worked since!!!!

install takes forever and dongle is unable to find devices!!!!

I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with our Bluetooth adapter and the installation. For Windows 10 and 11 a driver should download automatically. However, in the case when this does not happen we do have additional steps we can try that will get it working with most computers running Windows 10 or 11. Device won't connect...

In the 'Device Manager' it always states "Paired"...but never automatically connects. Even though it acknowledges my device is "Paired" it wont connect, even when I press connect. I always have to place my device in "Pairing" mode before it can be discovered and connected...and sometimes I have to do this multiple times before it connects. Tech support need to work on this!

ive tries every option to make this thing work. it "connects" to devices just fine but refuses to demonstrate the actual connection. i couldnt make any of my devises to work even tho my computer said they were connected.

I use this on my Windows 10 Desktop. I had no issues installing it, or getting it to work.

Purchased to connect my Cricut to my computer!! Love not having the cable dangling over my lap and getting disconnected each time I bump it. I wish I had bought it long ago.

Well cant say much for this product actually working because it does not. It shows up but cannot connect anything to it. Tried to see if the software could help me out with this but that failed to. Not sure if I would buy another Targus product after this one.

I purchased a Targus ACB10US1 bluetooth adapter but I can't get windows 7 to recognize the drivers. I have downloaded your drivers but it fails to install.
