[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this washer for about 2 months now and it is an excellent product.. It cleans the clothes well, use little water, and spin quietly while extracting all the water, which cuts down on dryer time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Front loader NOT all that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit because a friend talked me into a front loading machine. I wished I had went with a top loader. It is OK but I'm not that impressed with it. Plus the ad stated that you could was a king size comforter in it but I had trouble with mine. it was too bulky for the machine and you cant see any suds. The high speed spin cycle doesnt get any morewater out of the clothes than my old top loading kenmore washer did.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product washes very gently

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I am used to front loaders being German, I have wanted to try a, what I therefore consider "European Style" washer for a long while and when my regular top loader zonked, I decided to try one. I have been careful to follow the instruction manual to the "T", and let me just say, that after much tweaking with detergents and a couple of freshening aids, I have finally found what works to get my clothes to a point where I can now be satisfied with the way they come out the wash. Constructing the next Generation of front loaders I would recommend allowing for just a little bit more water, as the German machines do. In my opinion, having to use the longest program to get my clothes smelling clean costs more energy than allowing for a little more water for each cycle using a shorter program? With that seeming to be the aim, it does not serve its purpose. However, I enjoy using this machine and everything else about it. Just a little bit more water for each cycle, and you will have a 5 Star ;))

shakes my two story house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is in my laundry room downstairs. Shakes the entire house. I have a broken beam in my floor (by my laundry room) that I beleive this washer caused.
