[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I were looking for a washer and dryer that was simple to use and could handle the demands of a family. So far we have not been disappointed. This washer seems to do a good job. Most loads only require the speed wash (37 minutes) to come out clean. It runs quiet even on the spin cycle. The only thing I would change is that it is a little hard to get powdered detergent in to the back receptacle. Those that use liquid detergent will have no problem.
Durability is yet to be determined. Just hope it lasts longer than the 7 years we got out of our last pair.

High Effienciency!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer uses very little water, you would think your clothes are not being cleaned, but they are!!! When I take my clothes out of the washer they smell so fresh and clean and even look clean. It takes the stains right out of my whites. Its not noisy, you see little trickles of water on the front of the door, its working with minimum water, which means lower water bills. I love this product, I just hope it lasts for many years to come as promised!!!!

Con:You do have to wipe out the front lining once in a while to make sure you don't have sitting water that might cause it to smell. That is with ALL front loading washers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My one and only problem with this washer is it does not take powder detergent. I use my own homemade powder detergent and simply put it in with my clothes before I wash. Works great that way and have had no problem. It hold anything I want to put into it and cleans it well!!!
