Amazing product - incredibly innovative, intuitive and revolutionary for at home care. My parents had no intentions of leaving home and Nomo has been the perfect solution. Being hundreds of miles away, my siblings and I can keep track of our parent's daily activity without worry. The app is super easy to use and allows us to create specific notifications for irregular behavior. Nomo has been a major financial relief for my family and we highly recommend!

Helps keep my aunt living independently

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to get this Nomo essentials care kit so that I can do check ins on my aunt. It was super easy to setup the app as well as the installation instructions. One thing I want to point out is you have to have WiFi for this product to work. I also love that I can track her daily activity and have other family members on board with her care. Also there are no cameras so she doesn’t have to worry about us watching her every move. This product is fantastic!

This is great for anybody that is taking care of a family member at home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I would have to say to give this a try for anybody that is caregiving for a family member and you need to keep an eye on them. This allows you to make sure they haven’t fell or anything else. The insulation progress was simple. I didn’t need to Comcast customer support at any time while using it. But this is perfect for you to be able to buy yourself and I would recommend this for anyone that would be taking care of a family member and connects to your phone to everything is at your fingertips

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nomo smart care belongs to that type of device, it has very useful features to keep quality monitored the person being cared for, it is also easy to install.
The box includes 1 hub, 2 Satellites, 4 Tags, 1 Power Cord, 1 Lanyard. Installation is easy as the app tells you how to do it and what steps to follow to complete it successfully. Configuring the hub, satellites, and sensors was also straightforward. The hub is connected via wifi, so can go anywhere there’s a good signal. The satellites are plugged in, then activated in the app to pair with the hub. I sure this is a great opportunity for anyone who is a caregiver and may not be able to be with or check on someone throughout.

A piece of mind when you're far away from home

Definitely going to help out for those long days when I can't be home with my sick husband. Was easy to install and set up mobile app and was compatible with my Android phone. Easy directions make it possible for you to get support from customer service if needed.

Protects privacy and helps with independence

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is absolutely a great find for my mom who has late stage Parkinson’s. She is home by herself 3 days a week and sometimes refuses to use her walker and I am always worried she is going to fall down or do too much when no one is there to help. It gives myself and my sister more peace of mind. It also does not have cameras so it does not invade her privacy but if something was to happen someone can call for help. My mom does not want to go to assisted living so this is a helpful solution for the time being without being overly invasive. It basically detects movement and doesn’t record video so you can still tell there is someone moving about or if there is a long span of no movement. The two way communication is wonderful as well because she doesn’t always answer her phone or doesn’t get to it in time. You can also set alerts on it and we are using this for medication reminder instead of the phone alert now. Just plug it in and connect the app and the Internet and you’re good to go. Great product.

The kit came with everything I needed: 1 hub, 2 satellites, 4 tags, and all the accessories. Setting it up was easy with the user-friendly app, though I think a step by step guide in the app would be helpful for first-time users. The real-time monitoring is fantastic! In which the satellites quickly detected movement and sent notifications without using invasive cameras. The tags’ emergency button and fall detection worked perfectly, providing immediate alerts and a sense of security. I love the app’s customizable alerts and hands-free communication via the hub, which made staying connected super easy. While the app did crash a few times during setup, with a few improvements, the Nomo Smart Care Kit could be a game-changer for caregivers looking for peace of mind without compromising privacy.
