Good ,but...

Just installed a Nomo system for my 94 year old mother-in-law. In general the system works well, but there are many quirks: first the list of "Rooms" is quite limited and odd. For example there is only one bedroom, no basement or laundry room, and inexplicably a room named "window". Then there are the "Goals," assigning sensors to goals is quite unintutive. For example, tags in "Bathroom" won't work in the regularity goal, while tags in "Bathroom 2" do. For the mobility goal, for some unknown reason, only tags in the kitchen willl work, by design, I'm told.
That said, I DO like the system and hope that future releases will allow you to customize the room list and allow you to assign any sensor to any goal.

Impressed with all the times we use it!

I started using the Nomo late of 2025 and I wish I knew about this product earlier.
It has been essential as a caretaker for my parents. I have had to use the NOMO more than I would like recently for my mother, and even my father has joined and started using the panic button so he doesn’t have to fuss with finding his phone to reach us. 🙂
In a particular situation, we were not able to be there when my mom actually needed EMS last week. However, being able to chat with her the entire time helped calm her down, especially since she has been experiencing some “sundowner” moments. It was also incredibly helpful to be able to speak with EMS live when they arrived.
The EMS team really appreciated not having to go through the long process of piecing together clues about the situation and instead being able to speak with me directly. My father also needed assistance that night because his catheter tube had gotten stuck in his recliner chair and he didn’t want it to spill. I was able to make sure he was taken care of, and the EMS also checked his vitals etc.
So, let’s just say I have had quite a bit of recent experience with NOMO and I am grateful for it.

Caregiving game changer - providing piece of mind while protecting her privacy

I recently got the Nomo Smart Care system for my mother after she had a few falls. As she's been living independently for many years, it became clear that we needed to find a solution that would allow her to continue doing so, while giving our family peace of mind that she's safe and well.
The Nomo system has been a total game changer. It's incredibly easy to use, and the peace of mind it provides is priceless. The smart technology tracks my mom's movements and detects any falls, immediately alerting me and the other caretakers in our family via the app. This means that even when we're not physically with her, we can stay informed about her well-being at all times.
What I really appreciate is that Nomo Smart Care strikes the perfect balance between safety and privacy. It helps keep an eye on her, but without invading her personal space or routines. It's discreet and doesn't feel intrusive, which is important since she values her independence so much.
The app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. It lets all of us caretakers stay in the loop, and if there's any sign of trouble, we're notified right away, so we can act fast if needed. NOMO Worry

This device has been helpful to stay connected with my father and his care team. It gives me peace of mind since I'm unable to be there everyday. The best feature is being able to make direct contact through the hub since their neighborhood is a dead zone for cell service. Also, it's convenient to be given the choice to be connected with emergency services.

This is a game changer! I bought one for my grandma and it’s helps keep our family informed without the anxiety or worry if she is ok. We can finally have our independence back and so can she.

NOMO provides peace of mind knowing that we can monitor Mom’s activities, and more importantly, any variance in her activities that would cause concern. NOMO’s emergency alert system also provides great comfort knowing she can have instant contact with local emergency contacts. Now that we have NOMO, not sure how we lived without it!

My daughter set-up Nomo at her home and I was invited to her “care circle” for my twin 10 yr old grandbabies and her veteran husband with PTDS, TBI, and physical limitations.
I liked that I could two ways communicate on the hub with my grandbabies in an emergency as they do not have cellphones nor a landline at the house.
My daughter set-up triggers that alert her and I if the gun safe has motion for example or the front door has not opened by 4:50pm when the kids should have gotten home from school.
My husband and I are in our early 70’s and didn’t feel that we needed a “I have fallen and can’t get up “ type of system however Nomo is not only fall detection for old people however my daughter asked that we also set-up a Nomo at our home.
I saw how helpful it was at my daughter’s house and they don’t have an elderly person living there so I agreed.
My husband and I have been using Nomo at our home and what I like about Nomo for us is that we can track our blood pressure in the Nomo app so when we go to the doctor we have several readings as opposed to a single reading at the doctor’s office.
My daughter has peace of mind with the system just being in our home and if I can afford her that with it just being in my home why wouldn’t I? There are no cameras, and it doesn’t record your voice BUT if something should happen we have the option to call for help.
I would recommend Nomo even if you are not a fall risk, it keeps our family connect and helps us to be proactive in our blood pressure management.

Game Changer for the Kiddos!

We've had the Nomo Smart Care kit set up in our home for just a couple of days, and it's already proving to be a game changer! With our very independent boys (5yo and 8yo) who love to take on tasks like making their own breakfast, getting the mail, and taking out the trash, having these tags and satellites set up to alert us when one of our little ones decides to grab a "big knife" from the drawer or open the garage door AS IT IS OPENING is simply amazing! It allows us as parents to stay involved and ensure our children's safety without impeding their independence. Moreover, the customizable reminders and voice memos triggered by motion have been incredibly helpful. It's such a relief to have someone else reminding them to put the lid down and wash their hands as they leave the bathroom!.
