The agreement policy turned me off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a product that would assist with our elderly loved one. Hoping for something not too invasive. This product seemed to offer what we were looking for. An ability to communicate, motion detection, and easy app to check on everythings.
Was the medicine cabinet opened at a particular time. Was there a fall detected.
Upon reading other reviews, I saw that people where impressed with the quality of the camera(s), my kit does not have cameras. That was a little disappointing.
Upon opening the kit, things appeared nicely packed. As I downloaded the loaded the app I was greated with a bunch of word I had to agree to. However, I didn’t agree, this left me in a quagmire, I wasn’t willing to agree to all the conditions.
Thus, I’ve opted to not use this device and to go a different route.

Great set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy set up and installing very simple plug in your hub connects Bluetooth too your phone plug in the 2 satellites with motion and sound sensors with light indicator also comes with 4 tags you can even put one they are shower proof so can be used too detect falls the stick too wherever you decide too place them you can even hang one on lanyard and wear around neck it alerts 911 if needed also you can choose your care team as they call it you can add 1 or several that will automatically be alerted if anything triggers it I have not had too use yet I have epilepsy and have had several back surgeries and hip replacement last year and live alone and having this gives me and my daughter's little less too worry about

You might, too, be a worry wart who needs to check to see if everything is okay. If you are this system might help to ease some of that worry. Don't worry--it's easy to set up. Just download the app, choose a place for your central hub and follow the instructions in the app and you're good to go. The little motion detectors included are very effective and not in the way at all. This system just eases the worry wart nagging at you that maybe something will happen and you won't know. That peace of mind is totally priceless.

Convenient and easy

The setup was fairly easy and didn’t take long. I had a couple issues with the app but nothing major. This a very convenient and helpful product for anyone caring for a disabled or elderly individual.
