[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this phone for over six months and I love it. Had held up well to a few low drops with no issues, though I keep a case on it. I do not work from it but email and word processing apps all work as needed for personal use. I do not use Galaxy AI, or any AI if I can help it, but the features are there and seem helpful if someone were unable to manage things themselves. Solid phone and updates roll out steadily, would highly recommend Samsung phones!

Overheating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had previously had the galaxy ultra , the 22 and 23, I loved those phones. This phone however I do not. It overheats easily. I had to Google what to do and I had to dial down the performance of the device. which makes owning it and paying that price pointless. It's really effected everything , I don't like it and it was too late to return it by the time I figured it out. So I'm stuck with this device. Never again. I can't watch movies or play games for long at all before I have to let it cool down. It's like a planned self distruct. overheating will cause the device to eventually fail. Then I will have to buy a new one which is the point I guess. Oh I do enjoy the galaxy AI so that's nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my phone for a lot of reasons. The storage, the camera! I get the most amazing pictures of the moon. I use my phone to keep in touch, work on projects, whatever. My family are all Android Samsung users.

I stream, movies, play games, I just cannot say enough about this phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my S25! It's more than just a phone. I use it to take pictures of food with the portrait option and it is stunning. I use Google AI to do a budget, create posters for work events, explain my chemotherapy documents, do a monthly budget, even do my signature in a fancy way! I love how easy it is to just circle an item I see in an ad or whatever and find out where I can buy it or explain what it is. I read my book on it, listen to podcasts at night when I fall asleep. I can't even count how many Samsung phones I have had! I get a new one every year or 2 because I like to keep on top of the newest technology. I absolutely adore the magic eraser in the camera options!!!! We travel out of the country once or twice a year so it is SO nice to be able to delete random people or objects.
