poweerhead doesnt suck

plenty of suction through the hose not much suction from the powerhead

I got this vacuum cleaner about 1.5 years ago and I have never looked back. For that matter, I got the store's floor demo model for a significant savings and all I did not get was a box -- and I really did not miss putting that box out by the curb for the trash pickup.
It has worked like a charm since the day I bought it and I have never had a moments problem with it. If the point in time comes that I ever need another vacuum, it will be an LG vacuum!!
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Quality

This vacuum is powerful and even though it's slightly heavy for me, it propels itself across my carpet with ease. I've never had problems with it not picking up anything on the floor. It's so easy to dump the canister! I recently had to send my vacuum to the LG service center for a new motor, and the entire return process was seamless. They sent me a box and prepaid shipping label, complete with the contact information should I have a question. When I called that number, it went straight to the person in charge of my repair and they were able to answer my question with no problem. The company went above and beyond with the repairs, replacing my exhaust filter as well. The vacuum works great again! I highly recommend this product and LG as a whole!

Except for the design nothing is good

I have had this vacuum cleaner for less than 6 months. I like the design, the retractable power cord and ease of cleaning the container.
However, since I purchased it, it has given me trouble. It has good suction power, but when running the vacuum on Medium "M" or "ML", it picks up the lint from carpet and drops it. It would not allow me to successfully clean one room in one go. I have to clean it up in between before I can complete vacuuming a room. It is really annoying. It also turns off after vacuuming for more than 15 min. You have to wait for it cool down before you can continue using it.
My cheap dirt devil is an awesome workhorse compared to this expensive vacuum cleaner.
Pros: Style/Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this vacuum for 3 years and it has been broken more than it has worked. It always looses suction and it gets holes in the hose easier than tissue paper. If I hadn't spent so much on it I would have trashed it long ago.

HEPA filter

I have owned the LUV200R for a few years. I haven't had to use it much when I had hardwood floors. Now I am in an apartment and need to replace the HEPA filter. I used my last one a few weeks ago. Silly me I thought I would be able to get one fairly easy. I guess they quit making the filters because it isn't available anywhere. Good job with the obsolescent LG. I would not recommend any LG vacuum.
