Good Product - Keep my cigars healthy.

Got this humidor ( or its ancestor) about 5 years ago. Still working well for me. I use RH beads to stabilze humidity and I installed a small computer fan to circulate the air as I noticed humidity was higher at the bottom than at the top.

This is an excellent humidor. It maintains the temperature to which it is set, and the humidity remains constant. The shelves smell of cedar and are easily loaded with cigars. The door seals tightly and is easily opened and closed. Would I purchase this humidor again? Absolutely. It works as advertised, although I found a better result adding 4 Boveda 320 humidity packs.

Man Cave necessity!

I've been using this Humidor in my new cigar and whiskey lounge (converted Shed to Man Cave - I highly recommend). It has worked well in keeping the Cigars at the sweet spot for humidity and is reliable and trustworthy. This is a must have for any man cave!

Functions well but doesn't offer customization

I have had the unit for a couple of months & wanted to wait to see if it functioned as advertised. The humidor has worked perfectly with temp & humidity being spot-on @ 69 degrees & 65% humidity. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that Newair does not offer a shelf/drawer to rep-lace the large bottom drawer. I suspect the single large drawer was added so the company can advertise the unit as a 500-count humidar. I do not order boxes of cigars & the tall drawer is a complete waste of space. There is a built-in rail on the unit to accommodate a shelf/drawer & I cannot see why Newair does not offer its customers the opportunity to customize the unit to their satisfaction as the top shelves/drawer does not fit the lowest rail.

Temperature is not dropping down to set temp. Ambient temp in room is 72 set it to 69 temperature reading is marking 76. Have it stored with plenty of room in all sides.
