I purchased this cover to replace my current cover but it does not fit as snug as my other one. The corners are not as reinforced as my current one. I would have also thought that the straps were on the ends.In the picture it appeared they were on the end. I can not be reaching under the griddle to connect the straps.

Great DUST cover

Cover seems heavy and durable at first but the plastic/vinyl coating underneath quickly cracks and allows water to come through onto the griddle. I "tent" the cover and suspect that the pooling water would be much worse without doing that. Even though the cover and grill are stored inside during the winter months, this cover is definitely not waterproof for long. It looks good but I'm still pretty disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cover is well made with strong canvas and stitchwork. There's no doubt this thing is gonna last a long time. Despite its size it is easy to take on and off as well.
