Very nice quality. I especially like the straps that go across the bottom of the griddle. Definitely protects the griddle from rain and dirt.

This Blackstone is a great purchase. Our son got one for a wedding gift and we bought one at the same time for ourselves. We used both of them to cook meat for 350+ guests for an event. Worked great. Haven’t had a chance to use it much besides that time with it being a busy time of the year. Waiting to try it out with breakfast foods.
