After Every time it rains . Water is always pooling on my top of flat top when I take the cover off. Didn’t think this would be an issue. Shame on me.

I bought this exact cover for my 36” griddle and it only lasted about 18 months before it started leaking. My griddle stays on the open portion of my deck outside.
Removing the rust from the griddle was not fun when I uncovered it in March.

I had to get a new cover because the rubber inside cracked all over last winter. This allowed water to get in, and rust to form. Had to sand and res Eason the face. This was the first winter.

I bought my griddle (which is awesome, greatest griddle ever) and forgot to buy a cover for it. Then I bought my griddle cover, such an amazing cover. It is very sturdy material and love how the corner are reinforced. the griddle fits like a glove and looks really good. The ONLY complaint I have is that the buckles are really weak and within 3 months my buckles broke. I really wish that the buckles were much more sturdy. But other then that it's a great cover. Really recommend this cover.

I had my cover on my griddle and it rained. Rain pooled on top of the cover and my griddle rusted. I cleaned it and put a short 2x4 block to tent the cover . That way rain slides off insted of sitting and getting through the cover.

Because the cover is a snug fit and is not very rugged, it tore the first time I tried to remove it when it caught on one of the corners of the griddle..

Product seems to fit well, however water pools on the top of the cover and still gets inside and collects on the griddle top as well. I am going to cut a piece of plywood for the top, and pint it over the griddle and that should help, but it is disappointing to buy a cover to protect it from the elements only to have it not keep the elements out.
