[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally like this grill and girdle is is super convenient and easy to use . I ‘ve been wanting to try this. It is durable and sturdy. I love that i can carry it with me in a picnic or eating outside. It is easy to cook and clean.

It makes it an excellent addition to any kitchen or office kitchenette. There are variety of cooking options with the removable and swappable Grill and Griddle plates. With these two choices, you can grill or press a variety of foods and have the option of either pressing or lying it flat to cook on both plates and could even use one of each of the two plates.
This is a great option for those looking for a sandwich press that can do a bit more. This is heavy enough to make pressed grilled cheese sandwiches turn out like the ones made flat press. The non-stick surface with dish washer safe removable plates ensures easy clean up, while the compact size makes it easy to store when not in use. The cooking surface is a bit smaller than some larger grills but it's just right for two grilled cheese sandwiches, so it might not be ideal for preparing meals for large families or gatherings.

Just received the Flex Press Grill

I just received the system. I also got the Waffle plate add on when I ordered. We like to waffle things. Hahaha. I just waffled some tater tot’s! Excellent product. Is a definite upgrade from my dash 8 inch series. I have the griddle and the waffle in the 8 inch round. But now I can bring one with us when we go on vacation to our condo. No need to pack two items. I like that it opens flat for more grilling space too. Ok, I’m off to griddle some eggs on it now.

Great little grill!

I am now cooking only for myself, and I had looked at larger grill/griddle combos, but never had bought them because they seemed too heavy, took too much space, etc. I was delighted to find this smaller one -- and with optional waffle plates, too -- that seems to be just what I wanted. So far, I have made a panini sandwich and waffles and am very pleased. There is a small learning curve to know how long to bake things, as the recipes don't seem to give much guidance, but the system is going to be very handy and doesn't take much space. Hooray!

This is exactly what I was looking for. We have made panini style sandwiches all week. I made waffles over the weekend, and used the griddle for eggs. I bought the grill, griddle and waffle plates. The are very easy to clean (wipe them down or dishwasher) and to change out. Perfect for one or two people!
