Right out of the box, not even plugged in and the handle came apart. I have three other Dash products that are great. This really missed the mark for me. You probably just lost a customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is small and compact for storage but has a big enough surface area to cook steak and chicken. Easy to clean and so versatile for any kitchen!

I’d get it again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay I really ended up liking this product just because it came with the removable waffle plates. The cleaning was super easy less pot and pans than a typical morning breakfast and has good temp control. The cooking performance was okay not amazing but not horrible it cooked everything like a normal grill or stove would. And I’m not sure on the durability yet I’ve only had it and used about 4 times so far.

Love attachments

This product is easy to use and even easier to clean! It’s dishwasher safe with pop out plates. It come with multiple plates giving you endless cooking options for breakfast lunch and dinner. Panini press, countertop grill, and breakfast skillet all in one! It barely takes up any counterspace and is small enough to store in the cabinet. It’s amazing!
