Ear Buds stop charging

the earbuds that i had for 1 year suddenly stopped charging. the case charged but not the ear buds. given that they stopped working after a year and that the warranty was no longer good - i have to buy a whole new set of earbuds. they throw the case in for free - but, given the case is the only thing that works after a year - that seems really ridiculous to me. tried to get someone to repair them and you cannot get anyone to talk to you. so sell me a product that only works for a year so i have to buy another set that what? only will work for a year? really?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

literally laughed at on the call because the support rep doesn't understand english and repeats himself....asks for a model number and then yells at me when i give it to him....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It all comes out in the wash

i normally don't write reviews but i thought i should share my experience with the galaxy buds. i received these as a gift and they do not disappoint. i was a little worried about how these would hd up but so far so good. i accidently left the buds in my pocket and washed them in my sumsung washer and then dried in my samsung dryer. after i realized what had happened i was worried that i had ruined the best pair of ear buds i have owned. i was able to connect the buds to my phone straight from the dryer and they worked with no issue. i believe that the charging case is a bit damaged but overall everything is working. i love samsung products and i can honestly say i am impressed that they made ear buds that can withstand that type of abuse.
I would recommend this to a friend!
