Left ear failures

i have had 3 pairs of these ear buds and have done multiple warranty claims on each one and i constantly have the same issue whete the left ear bud completely fails and starts to act like everything i listen to is miles away. the right ear bud then follows afterwards if not weeks then in a month or 2 and the new warranty replacement i recive just follows the same cycle
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One bud going quite

loved them at first but now i've had one of the buds go so quite to the point where i can barely hear anything out of it and had them sent in go new ones and again they go quite

Sound/comfort

so i have had my headphones a little more than a year. no warranty of course and suddenly a few days ago my right ear bud got really quiet like a whisper. as of right now my left is still working great but looking at all of the reviews when one goes out the other is not far. honestly i'm super upset/disappointed as i have tiny ears and not many of these types of buds fit due to design like apple for example.

uncomfortable to wear. volume does not go up very load. they shut off in the middle of use even with a full battery. they shut off in the middle of zoom calls

Wireless earbuds that stay put!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best wireless earbuds I've ever had! They are truly wireless and yet they don't fall out of your ears. My ears are small and I was surprised they stayed in so well. The sound quality is great, and so is the battery life. One full charge gives you 6 hours of play time, and you can charge the ear buds and the case at the same time wirelessly, so I can use my S10 to charge them which is convenient and awesome! And everything you need to do is just a tap away. You tap to answer/end calls, change songs, turn volume up/down and to get help from Bixby or google. I absolutely love these!
I would recommend this to a friend!

great earbuds

I received these earbuds about a week ago transitioning from the Samsung iconx.... the first noticable improvement was the comfort fit compared to the ICONX however .... the next obvious was the sound quality....very much improved ... however the sound quality was crystal clear but way better when I changed to the dynamic settings on the wearable app... then I was able to compare the stability of the Galaxy Buds when I used them at the gym... with my vigorous workouts and the bluetooth range of the earbuds are amazing ... I was able to leave my phone upstairs and be in the kitchen and still have crystal clear connectivity .... also transitioning from the iconx to the galaxy buds; the wireless charging is definitely a plus... the only thing I haven t tested as yet is the battery life because I haven't worn them for 6 hours straight and stated on the packaging.. but for the few hours I have used them... they held up perfect.... apart from using them solely for music .... I used them for calls and even in noisy places I was able to be heard clearly and the person heard me clear as well....I am assuming the dual mic is definitely a plus....
thanks Samsung for a great earbuds.... however the only thing I don't like is the fact that you can only choose one setting with the press and hold feature.... either you set the press n hold to volume up/volume dn, voice command, quick ambience, ambient sound...I wish there was a way to incorporate all the features or maybe 2 out of the 4 instead of one ....

Better than competition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These things are a overall better alternative to most wireless earbuds including airpods in my opinion. Theyhave great sound and the battery lasts a long time and they look great. Amazing product, good job Samsung!
