the best dollar for dollar ear buds i have ever owned. i'm a musician and my sound demands are steep. these are much better than expected. worth every penny. fit well in my ears without giving me discomfort. operational features are useful and easy to learn.

the sound quality is good and has a good battery life, but the headphones don't last. i've had to send them in for repair 3 times in a year. the sound fails in one ear bud and the case stopped charging after the first repair. now when i take a call the person on the line can't hear me out of one ear bud and i can't hear them out of the other. now i have to send them in again and go without headphones for another week when i use them every day. highly disappointed with the quality of the earbuds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i absolutely love these buds but i completely hate them. the only complaint i have is i cannot take or place a phone call with them. the individual i am speaking to cannot hear me but can hear everything and everyone around me perfectly. the microphone is clearly on the outside of the buds.

Not worth the headache.

i received these buds as a birthday gift from my wife. as the only android user in my home, i use the buds and everyone else has i devices. the buds have been in for warranty repair twice in the first year. customer service is abysmal, and requests to speak to a supervisor will go unanswered so save your breath. warranty shell games and all kinds of slick tricks to get out of fixing your devices. they kept my buds in the repair center until the warranty expired and tried to charge me for repair. i had to call and argue with a rep that didn't have a clue. my note 9 had to get repaired under warranty too. i'm not optimistic about my new note 20 ultra. my kids have let their pods go through the washer and dryer several times without the slightest issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty Good Honestly

i have enjoyed these buds thouroghly. even moreso than the galaxy buds + live version. they fit quite well in my ears compared to any buds ive used. i give 4 start simply because if they were a bit bassier and a bit louder id be 1 star happier. :)

Poor Reliability left earbud

suddenly left earbud has significant decrease in sound. not sure if has any relation to an update to the galaxy wear app. the diminished sound occurred immediately after the update. many blogs reporting the same issue with the left earbuds.
