Bad microphone and connectablity

it connects well with the first device and then it wont show on other devices
i use it with an iphone and no matter what i do it wont connect to my roommat’s galaxys9 !!

Decent sound with awful build quality.

I have gone through 3 pairs of Galaxy Buds(one purchased and two replacement) in the span of less than 2 years, and all of them had issues ranging from poor battery life to the sound not working on one bud. This is easily the worst Samsung product I have owned so far, and I recommend looking for alternatives. The quality control for this product is truly embarrassing in an otherwise great audio lineup.

Waste of money

these are a complete waste of money. after just a couple of months, they fade in and out, echo, and shut off all on their own. the left bud seems to be the worse of the two as others have mentioned. do not buy these!

they work good however, they were too small for my ears. when active they would easily fall out. so, my wife uses them and loves them.

Left earbud not charging

just got this and my left earbud is not charging. i tried just charging the left one and still won't charge.

These are great,sleek,and seamless

got these as a gift a few months ago. super sexy, with a glossy black case. takes ~ 1.5 hrs to fully charge. microphone / audio are crisp and clean, the ambient sound setting cancels out most of the outside noise when you're in a call. there's a find my earbud feature that's pretty nice.only had one issue with these and its that because i have them paired to my laptop and my phone, when i want to use them with my phone and my laptop is in the room, the bluetooth connection with my phone will drop and not stay connected. this is because the earbuds prioritize the laptop for some reason so i have to make sure bluetooth is off on my laptop when not in use. other than that, great earbuds. great sound.
I would recommend this to a friend!

they have good audio and this could be your main earbuds. the only problem is that when i am playing video games it hears glitches. for more detail, it hears really bad.

Don't stay in ears

sound quality is great but my ear buds are constantly falling out during workouts and runs. i have tired the different size rubber ear pieces and nothing works. these buds are great for sitting and listening to music but if you plan on working out with them expect them to fall out.
