Terribly Unreliable

they sound decent and have solid battery life. that's where the positives end. one of the buds in the first pair randomly stopped working within 60 days, second pair are currently doing the same thing. i only wear them to the gym and on runs. they have never been exposed to water, just my sweat in the gym, and apparently that's too much for them. they have simply been an incredibly frustrating experience. if i could redo my purchase i would absolutely buy something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

my only problem is that this is the third pair ive had since march 2019. tge first two pairs right bud would be real low on volume. but at the same time when that happened samsung was rigbt there sending ne a label to send them in abd shipped me a new pair.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i had my galaxy buds for a little over a year, and they are great. small and sleek design makes them great for multi-tasking. they even have a sound setting so you are still able to be aware of your surroundings. one thing is they are constantly being updated, but that may be a good thing of that is to improve the product. the battery life is great, and the find me feature is a plus. overall a must have.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great headphones for a short time

these headphones are totally incredible for a few months. i've had to replace them every 3-5 months because the left headphone always dies and stops working. now, these headphones are out of warranty after having to get them replaced 3 separate times

a lot has changed since the last buds.
pros: smaller buds, wireless charging.
cons: volume is not high enough, bass is less deeper than previous model. touch control options are less than previous model, app functions are less than previous model. (ex: master volume control).

Disappointing

i brought these a year ago. the design is not good if you have small ears mine will always pop out, disconnect while listening to music. 3 months after i bought them the right earbud didn't work anymore you could barely listen to anything on them and then after year same thing happened to the left one. even if you do max volume you can barely hear anything out of them. just dont buy them you can find better options for about the same price. i was really disappointed because i am usually a big fan of samsung from my phone to my tvs but this one did they not do a good job.
