Long time Samsung user. My husband bought me a pair for christmas and out of nowhere the right earbud will not connect. There's an update required that I cant update unless both are connected, they havent been damaged, just stopped paring with the right bud... Very disappointed.

I like my ear buds just do not like the fact that they cannot be used without granting permissions to all of my data. SMS, location, contacts and photos all have to be allowed in order to use them. Otherwise Samsung does not grant access. Samsung quality has really gone down hill in recent years. The speech to text just like their phones is atrocious. The ear buttons are way to sensitive or just overly sensitive.

Great audio with some bugs

I've head these for a while and I enjoy the quality of the earbuds, the audio, and the fitment. I've had 2 specific connection issues that are odd and in my opinion are something that shouldn't really be a problem at the price point. If I have one earbud in and the phone in my pocket, I have terrible connection and whatever I am listening to is so broken up it's not worth listening to. If however I switch to the other earbud it works fine. When I have both in I can literally walk across the room and also works through walls up to a certain point. Another problem I have been having is when I pause a video (probably on YouTube) and go to another app temporarily to txt someone back for example, when I go back to the video and play it there is no audio for at least a few seconds. This doesn't happen often but it's annoying when it does. Honestly if I didn't have these issues it would be a 5 star. Please fix this! That being said I don't regret buying these because I expect these to last longer than any pair I've had before.

Great earbud for five months!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] earbuds are great for about 5 months. pretty good sound quality, and good feature set. however, after that 5 month period, it's a toss-up if they last much longer than that. the connectivity just breaks, with no discernable solution on their website, forums, or around the web. unbelievable. with the warranty, i will be getting my third pair in a year. absolutely unacceptable, and downright egregious.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love these earbuds, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] there really needs to be an update where the buds can be found while they aren't connected. if they're lost in the case, i should still be able to use the find my earbuds feature.

Worked fine until they didn't

Samsung products dont last 3 months

i got these in december of 2019. they worked fine but then randomly in march 2020 one of the earbuds stopped working so i ordered a replacement thru the warranty and got a free replacement. the replacement i got had trash quality in one ear but i just got used to it. then today one of the buds just stopped working like the previous pair. i guess i can get a free replacement. i wish samsung would just upgrade me to the buds+ because ive never had any samsung product last longer than 3 months period.
