I CAN NOW TELL YOU IT CAN GO THROUGH THE WASH!!!

I got the buds in August and I use them all the time but they tend to fall out of my ears its not really there fault, i'm not sure but they don't fit snug in my right ear but they fit great in my left ear. its probably cause i'm fat and my ears are just that way. but besides that if you are going to get some try them out if they don't work for you that's OK, I think you can return them but that's not why in writing this. it's because I accidentally put them through the washing machine i didn't cry cause i'm a man, and they still work.

My wife and I are all things Samsung. From phones to tv's etc... My wife bought me these buds for Christmas 2019 and they were working fine. I worked out in them and occasionally use them on my webex calls. It is now April 2020, 4 months of use, and i am having people complain about not hearing me, one bud is nothing but static, I occasionally connectivity on my phone (Galaxy Note 10) and webex calls. I though about getting the Bud+ but i can't get anyone to point me in the right direction to get these buds fixed. This could be that i got a defected pair. Right now i can't recommend that anyone spend their hard earned money on these.

I have only had them for 3.5 months and rarely take calls. When I did it was quite embarrassing as I gad boasted about how comfortable and decent the sound quality was. Little did I know how horrible I sound3 on my first few calls. I’ll update this post when Samsung support gets back to me on a resolution. I’m hoping it’s a manufacturer defect instead of a common problem.

I had these bud for about a month and I am very disappointed. I love Samsung products and I wanted Samsung buds for my phone and it is horrible when it comes to call quality nobody can ever hear me they complain about it's static and chopping up all the time. I can always hear them clear but the cannot hear me. I don't even use it for talk no more. I use it just to play music. When someone calls I just take it off the Bluetooth and talk. What a waste. Thats sole purpose of me buying them. I still have to use my wired head phones smh

Worst Earbuds EVER - use airpods w/ droid

I don't write reviews but I'm so annoyed with these things I had to warn others. I have a Note 9 and use AirPods with it and will continue to do so. They have their own issues but they are hands down the best sounding ear buds you can get (even though I hate Apple products generally). I'm a huge samsung fan but their ear buds are just horrible in comparison.
FIT: You need to swap out the rubber to get the right fit and they need to basically seal your ear canal for you to hear anything well out of the buds. This also prevents you from hearing anything from the environment well, which may be OK if you want a quasi noise cancelling experience but not great if you're listening to something while wanting to be able to hear around you. The worst part of this is that, without a good seal in your ear, you can't even use these things because you can't hear anything. They stay in your ear OK at best, sometimes will fall out and because you only have 3 choices for rubber ear piece you're lucky if any one of them fits perfectly. Again - airpods don't need use this nonsense with rubber pieces and stuff. They just fit (and even the 3rd party rubber holders for airpods are better than OEM samsung).
SOUND QUALITY: side by side with airpods, these thigns are garbage. You don't have the multiple audio holes that the airpods have and so it's one-dimensional sound with terrible base (i.e. no base).
CONNECTIVITY: I don't use these with my phone because they're so bad but wanted to use them with my PC for quick access to headphones. They barely do the job even there - they disconnect one at a time frequently, sometimes only one will actually play audio when I connect them (may be a PC issue since it gets fixed with a restart, but my AKG headphones (also from samsung) don't do this.
tl;dr - don't buy these things, buy airpods instead and just use them with your android phone paired with a piece of software to do in ear detection.

Right Ear bud not working

I bought my Ear Buds on January 27th and I love them, easy to connect and great sound including voice for mobile conversation. Unfortunately, last week the right Ear Bud stopped working - I reset and recharged, restarted my phone and noting worked. Disappointing.

I bought 3 Samsung Galaxy buds because for some reason the left one won't work. They are very good earbuds but they would not work in a couple of months. For some reason its always the left that won't work. The case says its charging but it won't charge the left earbud is completely dead and wont make a sound or anything. I tried everything to fix it like resetting and cleaning it .I'm tired of this and won't be buying another one this is the third time. I'm just getting air pods at this point.

I want wired headphones, but my audio jack was phased out on my phone. These Bluetooth disasters have overly sensitive touch controls. If you try to run with them in your ears, one droplet of sweat will have them shooting out of your ears, regardless of trying the three different sizes of earpieces. When you go to adjust the earbuds to make sure they stay in your ears, they will pause, skip, replay, etc, whatever it feels like making up when you touch them. If you wear head cover over your ears when you are out in the sun, the gentle brush of the cloth on my hat will mess with the touch controls. I feel as though zero companies have made viable replacements for wired headphones, so far.
