Commute use only. Used lightly. Broke twice!

These are by far my favorite wireless earbuds for the size, fit, and ease of use. Would be good if the worked though, right? First set broke. Samsung sent another set. Second set, only one broke. Now I think I am stuck because it has been about a year since the original purchase.

Stay in my ear. Functionallity is dissapointing.

Have been using these daily for a month. I love how light weight they are, the charging case, and they do have good sound. The negatives far outweigh the positives. I am currently listening to them and my spotify is playing however the sound has cut out yet again as my music continues to play. This issue is constatnly happening. For high end and specifically Samsung earbuds you'd think they'd offer much more functionality. You have to wear both to use the ambient sound feature, you have to wear both to control the volumes. You can only use the touch feature for one function at a time such as volume, voice command, or to turn on ambient sounds which still doesn't work with just one earbud in. So you can't use voice command without switching the option on your phone first and then using it, well heck I may as well just use my phone then. Even when the touch feature you have programmed is turned to what you want it to be if you don't connect it to your phone the feature doesn't work. In other words I have them connected to my Galaxy 3 frontier watch and none of the touch features work regardless of what you have them set to on the phone app and it's not adjustable via the watch either. Wake up, you make all 3 of these devices. You're epically failing your customers in a world that requires connectivity!!!
There are other earbuds out there that have all of these features constantly active.

I have used the previous version of these buds and have had to go back to using them because body can ever hear me on these. I wish they were better because they are much more comfortable than it predecessor.

I was watching reviews and I was worried that the call quality would be terrible, but in fact software made it as good as the buds + so, save your $50 and get this also, the matte finish is leagues better then the glossy on the buds +.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Right ear bud

I got this in Nov and in March the right ear buds sound is dimished in comparisin to the left ear bud whic is clear. Did my sweat in my workout cause it? Does it have a mfr warranty to cover it?

Terrible for running

I bought these specifically to use running, to pair with my Garmin watch. They work great around the house, when I'm getting ready and moving slowly and the minute I make one stride the audio cuts out to unintelligible static. I've tried several times and they just don't work with any bouncing movement.

Me and my boyfriend have had our ear buds for about 5 months and they are the WORST Samsung investment so far! They pick up all your
surrounding background. The ear buds go in and out during phone calls. You have to literally yell and repeat your conversation to whom ever your talking to. Samsung PLEASE address these ISSUES!!
