Great sound poor microphone performance

I had high expectations for my Samsung ear buds, since the promotional videos promised clear phone calls and even voice enhancement while in noisy environments. Everyone complains about not hearing me while in a call and have to disconnect my earbuds to talk on my phone... I have replaced fins and covers to make sure everything is on the right position and I have a tight fit. Extremely disappointed by this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clarity of sounds is beyond excellent.
Base is perfect.. voice is clear..
Best of all I dont have to charge them as much..
The ability to to answer calls, pause, play, and skip music is great..
They fit very comfortable in my ears.

An excellent in ear experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Buds (black) came out of the box and provided an excellent design. These small compact buds fit perfectly in my ears and even came supplied with extra tips to assist the user. These buds worked perfectly with my wireless charger. After days of testing these headphones I found the following:
Pros: Sound quality was great for the price
Design was wonderful. Black color was a plus.
Small and compact. Easy to carry around.

Cons: iOS wasn’t as user friendly as pairing with an android but the process wasn’t bad.
Overall, if you are looking for headphones that are great for the gym and everyday life: these will definitely fill that void.

Heaven for your ears

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will admit that I'm a devout Samsung user. However, I have always been skeptical of the wireless earbuds. Why? I just felt that they would be way too easy to lose. Much to my surprise these earbuds stayed in place far better than my go to bluetooth earbuds. They're also way more comfortable. The sound is outstanding. I love that I can play and pause my music just by tapping the bud. No more fumbling with my phone to find the right button. Have a call coming in? Answer it the same way.
I love listening to podcasts while falling asleep. However co-sleeping with 2 small kids isn't always conducive of that. I need to be able to hear as they give me a million reasons why they can't sleep. You've all heard them - I'm not tired, I'm bored, I'm hungry, I'm thirsty. Yeah, sure kid, I know you just want to get up to watch Octonauts all night. With these buds I just use one in the ear on the pillow and my kids never know the difference. The other remains in the case fully charged. Sure with regular bluetooth ear buds you can just leave one out but you're also draining more battery life and blasting your tunes for everyone to hear.
The battery life is great. I have yet to deplete it because I've developed a routine. I leave my charging case plugged up unless I'm traveling when I bring it with me. At the end of my day I drop them in the case. When I'm ready to slip away into musical bliss I just open the case and they're sync automatically. Using them is just that simple.
Conclusion? Buy these, your ears won't be disappointed!

Absolutely perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are phenomenal. I use them at work throughout the day and they have plenty of charge left after an 8 hour workday. The sound quality is crystal clear and you can make adjustments to the bass, etc.
Also, I have never had a pair of earphones or earbuds that has such noise cancelling properties before. Sometimes if I'm not paying attention to my surroundings at work, I'm not even aware of people talking to me.

I literally connected these within seconds! I was listening almost immediately. The first time I had to charge, it charged extremely fast! I wasn't waiting long before I was back to it.
I absolutely love these and I have suggested them to all of my Samsung loving friends. A++ in my book.

Galaxy Buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds, True Wireless Earbuds are by far the best ear buds that ive ever owned or used. Ive used many different brands over the years but none have compared to the crisp and clear sound quality and comfort of the Galaxy Buds. The sound quality is excellent and they fit great as well they dont look bad while wearing them either. They sync easy and have a great operating time. The charge will last me a couple days and thats great. I would highly recommend them for anyone who loves and enjoys listening to music.

Easy Buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My career requires me to travel a bit and I work from home. I had been researching ear buds for a while so I was very excited to try the pearl white ear buds. When I first opened the buds box I saw the case. The case is sleek and fits perfectly into my pockets. I also like, when fully charged it will charge the ear plugs without needing to be plugged in. I would estimate a fully charged use of the buds to get about 3-4 hours of use before it gently beeped to alert me it needed to be charged. Interestingly the right bud held a charge closer to 3 hours, whereas the left one would last a little over the 4 hours. So having the ability to pop the bud in the case for a quick recharge was very attractive to me. The buds themselves were actually bigger than I expected but it did not bother me at all once I had them on. They came with 3 different size rubber ear tips and bands. It allowed me to find the best fit. One thing I did notice is when I would use the buds for longer periods of time, it would warm my ears and the buds would slip out. I was also not able to use these more than walking. They did slip when I ran. I have a Android phone for my personal use and an iPhone for work and I did use the buds with iPhone 7 with no issues - but you don’t get the super cool app that you can use with an android. It had many features for so many different ways to hear or not hear things. I used the noise canceling feature the most as the buds pick up every noise around you when your talking on the phone. Although the app was cool - I didn’t find myself using it much after the initial awesomeness wore down, unless I was trying to pair the buds to other devices. The buds pair seamlessly with the phones but to pair with other devices - you do have to use the app. Overall, I wouldn’t say these are for the active wearer but more for the sedentary type activities. I liked all of the features and the ease of use (which was super simple).
