Excellent Wireless Ear Buds

very impressed. They feel very comfortable in my ear. The key to great sound is making sure you use the right inner ear tip. I ended up using the large one because it gave the best sound and held the ear buds in the best. I wear them at work and just put one in so I can still hear my co-workers and the phone ring. They work great this way. The Ambient Sound works fine but having to be on the phone with a headset just using one works great. I like that it pauses your music when you take them out. Bluetooth range isn't great but I am not sure if it is the ear buds or my phone (Galaxy 9+). What is really surprising is how well phone calls sound. Anyone I talk to says I sound clear and are surprised when I tell them I am talking thru the ear buds. Battery life is really good. I use them all day at work. Only put them back in the cradle when I am lunch and have had no problems with them running out of power. Only thing I wish they would change is the indicator light that shows if the cradle is charge. It show green when charged 60% instead of when it is fully charged. Makes it difficult to know when it is fully charged.
Except of that one thing I am very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for great sound from a very comfortable Bluetooth ear buds.

Amazing Sound, Comfortable and Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These galaxy buds are really great. I am a die hard Iphone person and I am seriously considering these in my collection. I used my moms buds at the gym because mine had broke. I must say I didnt expect them to be so comfortable. I have lots of ear piercings and they fit perfectly with no bother. I was able to complete my hour and a half work out with ease listening to my favorite tunes. I was able to pair them quickly without even downloading the app. I now see why my mom doesn't let these out of her sight. These buds are light weight yet have amazing sound quality and they stay put. I was at the gym doing cardio and running on the treadmill and they stayed in place. Battery life is 6 hours, an additonal 7 with the case, I didn't need that, so they lasted. They also survived me sweating on the treadmill and stayed in place with no issues. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a good pair of buds. Since I was using my mom's buds, I guess I had better get my own pair, as I said, she never lets these out of her sight!

Simply Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many wireless earbuds before and I can honestly say that these are the best. I like the fact that they are very easy to pair with my different devices. The range is also incredible. I was upstairs listening to music and I went downstairs but I forgot to take my phone with me. I forgot to take my phone because the music never stopped playing, the range is that good. Also, I’ve noticed that I can choose to block out all outside sounds by pushing the earbuds slightly further into my ears or I can still slightly hear what’s going on outside by not pushing them all the way in. Either way I can still hear clear crisp music. The battery life is amazing, I can get all day music streaming with no problems at all. I also want to mention the design of the carrying/ charging case. The sleek design fits perfect in my pocket and I don’t have to worry about the earbuds getting lost. Also, the wireless charging capability is definitely an added convenience. I would highly recommend these to anyone who is looking to purchase wireless earbuds, they are definitely worth it.

Love the ear buds

So I love listening to music, movies, etc I also like trying new gadgets so was excited to try these buds. Pairing was easy even with my older model Samsung phone. I must say I was nervous about them staying in my ear so I do suggest making sure you have the correct size tip in and be mindful where you are standing when you first wear them cause they were falling out a lot while I tried to learn how to properly wear them. The sound quality is good and you can use the app to help adjust the sound for you if it's not loud enough. There are helpful videos available if you dont know how to adjust the volume I found one online. It charges easy using a charge cable or a wireless pad. I usually have only one in my ear while at work so I can still hear my work phone ring and it works well that way. I have really been enjoying them and haven't had an issue with them running out of power because I randomly charge them just to be sure they don't.

Love My Ear Buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung Galaxy Buds. They were very easy to connect to my Galaxy S10 right out the box. I use them at work pretty much every day. Now they don't last my entire 8 hour shift but when they get low it’s so easy to pop them into their case and charge them again.
I fascinated my coworkers when I charged them on the back of my cell phone.
I have wired bluetooth headphones and I don't even want to use them anymore.
The size and carrying case for the buds make it so convenient to just pop in your pocket or purse and go. I work in an office setting the quick ambient mode is a great feature. I can easily turn this feature on and off if someone needs to talk to me or I need to hear what is going on around me. Music really sounds great playing on these ear buds. The touch features to skip through your playlist are easy to learn and use.

Innovative, high-tech,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must first start with that I really enjoyed these Samsung Galaxy Buds. I didn't think that I would actually use them as much because I thought they would be hurting my ears but they didn't. Instead, I found myself using them all the time with everything. I just mostly kept them in my ears throughout the day only to charge them.
You get really great bass and treble and it's almost like surround sound in your ears. There is hardly any atmosphere noise. They come with different size tips and two different sized wings but it's really easy to put inside your ear. You put it in and you turn them outwards towards your face and they stay. They didn't fall off no matter what I did, cleaning the yard, doing chores, walking, or playing with a five year old. The buds have been able to fit my whole family just changing the tips or wings so I'd say they are a universal fit.
I really like the the shape of the case and it's very convenient because it fits right in your hand and you could easily put them anywhere. I know it comes in three colors but I got the black ones and there are skins that you can put on them to change the look and color of it. There are also protective cases which I think you will need to have them clipped on you or a bag if you're the type of person that moves around alot from school or work.
I would say that the buds last you about 6 hours or so and if you pop them right back into the case and let them charge up they will give you another six to seven hours which is great and they charge pretty fast. If you charge them for 15 minutes you get one and a half hours more of play time. I think it's a really great feature. Depending on what you're listening (video or music) and the level of volume that you have it playing at, they can last you more or less.
You can also wirelessly charge them on your Note 10 plus or on a wireless charger. Over all, I am very happy to have been able to try the Samsung Galaxy Buds. They have great technology and they look beautiful. They are exactly what I need for my music and videos. You won't be disappointed to invest in these earbuds.

These are great, only one quirk...

I love these earbuds. Sound quality is great, bass is pretty good. My only real issue is with the ambient sound feature, if I turn it on and if I take one of them out the feature is turned off even if I put it back in. I have to go back into the app and turn it back on. I love the feature without any music or other audio playing because it allows me to hear things I do not hear normally, which is nice. I would love it if I could turn the feature on and use it with either earbud or both, sometimes I like to have just one in and if I could have that feature on it would help me hear things that are being blocked by the earbud in my ear. other then that I love these things.
I'm mainly writing this review because I would love it if Samsung could implement an app update to allow the ambient sound feature to be turned on regardless if both earbuds are in your ears or not. Make it stay on even if just one earbud is in my ear. PLEASE! Thanks!

They Work Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Samsung Galaxy Wireless Earbuds to try because I wanted to see if they would be better than others we had. They are!! First the set up was very easy for someone like me who isn't too tech savvy. The ear buds work great in both ears! The sound stays in both ears and doesn't go out. The sound is vibrant and even. The charge stays for a good while. I am quite happy with these ear buds and would definitely buy the Galaxy ear buds again. Someone just asked if I used the app features. My husband likes the balancing features he said that works great. I use the ambient mode when I am walking because I can hear my surroundings,I like it. It is easy to control with the app.
