Comfortable to wear and great sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first glance the product packaging is sleek and sophisticated, when opening up the package the case is the focal point. I was excited to get these buds on and I wasn’t disappointed, they fit comfortably in the ear and are great for long periods of use. The sound quality is great and battery lasts quite a long time. Call quality is also wonderful and I have no issues when taking calls. I love the wireless charging option and find it convenient to just place the case on the back of my Note 10 for fast charging. Overall a great product and I definitely recommend!

Immersive sound!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy ear buds are very impressive! Out of the box, connecting to your device only takes a few minutes for set up, and you are ready for amazing sound.
The one thing that really stood out with the Galaxy ear buds vs other wireless buds is the ambient sound. I didn't know such a thing existed until I tried these. I love being able to select from all noise or voices. These are great to have when your traveling with a car full of children. You can totally drown out the noise or tone it down with a tap. These ear buds are very responsive, when listening to music or taking phone calls, and the mic works great too!
I have been using the Galaxy Buds daily at the gym and the sound quality is perfect. The range of the buds while connected is really great too! I can be on the second floor of our home while my phone charges downstairs and get uninterrupted music.

Amazing Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a proud owner of the Gear Icon X 2018, I was curious as to how these newer Galaxy buds would match up to the functionality and quality of the Gear Icon X.
While the new Galaxy Buds does not have all the features of its predecessor, it sure matched it with is quality and then some. They are much lighter, more comfortable to wear as the come with the adjust bud tips and wings to match any ear. One of the best features added to the Galaxy buds, is the quick connect, whereby they automatically connect to your galaxy Android phone once you open the case.
The charging case is just as effective, and functional. When properly charged, it should be able to top up the buds about 3 cycles which is awesome for those long days on the road.
The best thing in these new buds is the distinctively improved audio, with the rounded baseline and crystal mids and vocals. Even better, you get the same clarity and quality at any volume.

There is only one drawback, making calls is sometimes a hassle as there seem to be a connection issue. I am hoping there will be a fix for this soon as I noticed Samsung is pushing update frequently. Notwithstanding, these buds are a must have. Everyone in my family now has one

Great but flawed

Bought these a few months ago and have really loved the performance until they started to act funny, they've started to go quiet in one ear at a time and its so frustrating to mess with and reset that it makes me want to use something else, I'd appreciate an update that keeps the sound balance from being messed up or if I could have mine fixed but until then I am not very satisfied with my purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive the ear buds like a kid on Christmas day. The Samsung Galaxy Ear Buds paired immediately after charging them. They alert you when you put them in your ear. They are very comfortable and fit and stayed in whole working out and doing chores around the house. They have a long range before disconnecting when you leave the phone. The clarity listening to music was awesome and adjustable. The buds have sound options so you're aware of your surroundings yet able to hear calls or music. They're easy to charge and you have a alot My Ear Buds option to find them of you misplaced them. They charge a couple of cycles without them being plugged up to charge and they lasted about 10 hours or more on a single charge. I recommend highly because they're a quality product and I'm an avid user of Samsung products and elated to have another Samsung product that's exceptional to their other products.

Great sound and comfortable

took them out of the case. The sound quality is amazing, I love that I can adjust the bass easily with the app when I want to dance! The Ambient Aware mode is perfect when I am wearing them cooking or
cleaning, I can stay aware of my family around me as it will automatically lower the volume if someone is speaking near me. The battery seems to last a good 7 hours, then I can pop them back in the case for a quick boost and get some more time out of them. At the end of the day I plug them back in over night and am ready to go the next day. The adjustable touch controls are an unique feature, I can set a tap or a swipe to do what I want it to. Right now, I have them set as volume control. I am loving everything about these earbuds and would recommend them to a friend.

Discrete lightweight sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a galaxy note 9, i was really excited to received my first time galaxy buds. When i finally got them i did not use them right away, i waited my husband to open them together; mine came 75% charged, it was really easy to pair them with my phone through the wearable app, i didn't have to do a thing. The functions of ambience and ambient sound aware features are awesome because i have a toddler that i need to pay attention to and i can hear her even if i am listening something on my phone. I really like that i have versatility to charge my buds and they are so compact that can be carried everywhere. The quality of the sound is really good, i personally don't need something extremely loud to be attached to my ears, but the sound is really clear. It has different sound presets dynamic is supposed to be the recommended best, i personally prefer the clear preset.
I tried my buds on my gym workouts and is the best company i could have, i am aware of my surroundings while i am inmerse on my music doing my routine. I am just in love with this Galaxy Buds.
