Great truly wireless earbuds

I go through headphones quite a bit. But a pair, sell them, buy another pair, sell those. I had been looking for something that would physically block the outside world, have good audio quality that I could adjust with an EQ, had good battery life, came in a small charging case, and would offer stellar wireless performance with my Note 10+ 5G. These fit the bill and then some. I can wear them for hours, they don't move in my ears, the sound quality is good (though I would prefer a bit more bass), Samsung will update the firmware, these are safe for exercising, and the carrying case is tiny while providing wireless charging.
These tick almost all of the boxes for Samsung users. They were easy to pair, I don't experience delays when watching videos (YouTube, Vudu, Amazon Prime, HBO Now, and YouTube TV) and they haven't dropped their connection once in the two weeks I have had these. I have used them in a crowded gym, walking across a college campus, and downtown. Not a single blip with the audio, the first time I have ever experienced this with any wireless headphone and smartphone combination (including AirPods and an XS Max).
Audio quality with calls could be a bit better without having to take one of the buds out of my ear. People sometimes complain that I sound like I'm far away or in a small bathroom. I can hear them just fine but my voice isn't the loudest. But I mainly use these for listening to music and watching video content so I'm good. These were easily the best accessory I purchased with my Note 10 and I highly recommend them.

Had item for at least a month. Wear them when I workout at gym. Right ear bud went out. Can not seem to get it working again.

Good for listening, bad for calls

I wanted to love these earbuds.....but.....people say they cant understand me when I talk, like I'm eating the phone and a ton of background noise. I thought it was just mine but my husband sounds the same when he wears his. I cant understand him. His voice is deeper, muffled and there's background noise.
On a positive note, they feel perfect in my ears, and the audio sounds great whether its music, speach or telephone call. Not sure if there can be a fix to the quality of the output to others during a call but it would be great if Samsung would look into it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't use them

They sound great on my end but I can't use them for calls because anyone I talk to complains until I take them out. I've tried unpairing and repairing. I'm on my phone constantly for work and I the entire time I have to repeat myself because my voice it either garbled or its picking up too much background noise. Will be returning.

I got these about a week ago and they are perfect for what I need them for. They stay In my ear, are comfortable, and doesnt make my ear hurt after wearing them for a long period of time.

I pre-ordered it the day this was launched. I was a little skeptical about spending this much money without reading the reviews, but this is worth every penny. I use it everyday in the gym when I running on the treadmill and doing other exercises. Once you put it your ears, just forget about it. The best part (that basically made me write this review) is I forgot the buds in my gym pants and washed & dried it along with my laundry. When I opened the drier, the buds fell down and that's when I realized what I have done. I recharged the buds and used it, it works perfectly fine. I thought I will use it for a couple of days and see if it still works, and believe me it does. This is amazing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Ear buds I've ever tried

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow is what I can say. I've had tried many ear buds (cheap ones mainly) and you can definitely tell a huge difference in quality and sound with Samsung vs my no name brand ones. First off, the packaging was what I expected. Very secure and lots of extras. I love the charging case too, which allows you to charge these from. The red, green, yellow and flashing red lights are very useful to know where you stand in regards to charging. Now for the best part. It has an App!!! Yes, an App that allows you to check the status of the battery, control ambient sound, more or less bass. The best, it has a Find your Earbuds feature on it. How cool is that!!!! I do love the voice focus too. This would be very useful when at work. No more taking them out to hear someone.
Overall, these are amazing and the quality of the sound is so crisp and clear. Not at all mumbled or sounding like you're in a tunnel.
