I got this during pre-order of note 10+ and initially I thought this would be no different than others I have used but boy I was wrong! This is so different, truly wireless ear buds.Top notch comfort, control and quality.

Fantastic if you can live with 2 major drawbacks

I've now had three pairs of these earbuds. Two were the older "Gear Icon X 2018" style and now my current set is these "Galaxy Buds" which are very similar.
1) The first two sets of earbuds eventually stopped charging (case would just flash red). Samsung was great about replacing them under their 1-year warranty so this didn't bother me too much. For the 2nd replacement they sent me the new style "Galaxy Buds" so maybe these will last longer? I'd say definitely buy from an authorized retailer just in case (I used Amazon).
2) I found out, after about an hour chat with Samsung customer support, that the new style no longer supports swiping up/down to change volume like the old earbuds did. Instead, you have to enable an option for long pressing (long press left for volume down, long press right for volume up). This seems simple enough, but for people like me who wear these for extended periods and want to extend the battery life, that means you have to adjust volume with your mobile device. Not the end of the world, but definitely a big drawback for how I use them.
It's worth mentioning that the the old style was not compatible with Samsung Galaxy tablets which was absolutely absurd. They say the new ones are compatible now, but I have yet to test it.
If you can live with the above, these earbuds are the best I've tried. They may not sound quite as good as the Bose or other high end buds, but they are sleek enough to fit under my motorcycle helmet, they stay in place even while running and just being active in general, and the range is pretty good. Longer battery life would be preferred, but you can't have it all I suppose.

Amazing earbuds

I have tried many Bluetooth earbuds, and these have, by far, become my favorite. In combination with the Note 10+, sound quality is great (fitting for the price), features are amazing (I especially love the ambient sound mode), and functionality is thus far flawless.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have tried other so called "bluetooth" devices only to have them drop signal from one or both buds. The Samsung Galaxy buds deliver what they promise, a good sound quality, no drops and long battery life. I am completely happy with these buds and have no need for anything other product!

Bought these today and have used them all afternoon. The sound is great and the bass response is also. Had to change to the larger cups to get the right fit and the sound changed dramatically. If you aren't getting great bass response up the cup size to fit your ear better. Absolutely love the ambient noise setting, an listen to conversations and respond without having to take them in and out of my ears.

Comfortable but Average performance

I like the size of these Earbuds and are very comfortable to wear. Also, I am able to hear very clearly without any distortion. However, people on the other end always complain that my voice is not very clear with lots of background noise. When I remove the earbuds and make a call, it is received well by the other parties. Not sure, if the problem is on the earbuds that I have or is it a common issue with all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Disappointed

I was really excited when I bought these. Set up was super easy and it easily connects to my phone. I LOVE the charging pod. I can charge them anytime when I'm out and about. But then I actually started using them.
Either I'm not using them correctly (this is a possibility) or they're just super top heavy. They don't want to stay in my ears and frequently fall out. The slightest touch turns off whatever you're listening to, don't love that.
But I could overlook all of this if the sound was good. It's not. It's not even mediocre. The sound is horrible. It sounds like I'm listening to my music through a record player or something. No depth of sound, no deep base, not matter what I do. I finally had to go back to an old pair of wired earbuds because I couldn't stand how poor the sound quality was.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
